Never had a loop, and I'm nearly on 200 tasks (192 I believe) A friend of mine has managed to get 81 slayer without once being assigned a slayer creature though.

We use TS but I still have TS, vent and skype dl'ed. Prefer skype out of the 3, but I think I'd rather TS to vent, despite the quality difference as TS is far easier to use.

In an ideal world a pure clan would be full of people with 1 defence, but I know pure clans accept up to 30 defence now.

You quoted the exact post that says you now lose armour, yet you still think they didn't mention that you lose items on death? Notice the bolded text, it quite clearly states that upon death you lose ALL your items. Back on track, about time they finally changed this. Was abit pointless before as the safe and dangerous FFA portals were exactly the same, as you didn't lose items in either of them. Unless ofcourse you were too stupid/slow to run back and loot from your gravestone.

Was a good fight lol, I think your lowest level member was 116, and our highest was 110 I believe, so it's no wonder you came out on top when it was matched opts. Atleast we managed to win the 3rd round, but that was only consolation as the war had been lost by that point :\

Havn't actually checked out the clan wars changes yet, as I was more interested in the new FFA arena. They look promising, and I'm sure hunting clans and having random run ins will be alot of fun even if there is no loot involved. As for clan wars it's nice to have the option to toggle with certain rules, and the first to X kills, most kills after X time will make the arena alot more enjoyable.

For pk trips back in the days we used to either meet at edge bank, or varrock east bank by the dummies. Now we meet at bh bank since thats the closest bank to the clan wars arena and bountry hunter. I don't understand why clans would meet ingame for promotions etc tho, do some clans not use IRC/forums?

I'll stay with my clan for as long as I don't decide to get melee, but even then I'd hope to stay on good terms with them since I have alot of good friends within the clan.

Can't say I've ever heard of a clan that doesn't allow swearing. We allow anything that isn't racist really.

Abit disappointed that it isn't released until next month, summer will be over then and people would have returned to school so won't have the time to return for hours in run ins. Alot will also put their focus on school work so clan turnouts will most likely decrease. However it does look promosing, there's no doubt it'll make clan wars more enjoyable than it is now. But I'd much rather if Jagex just coded in afew multi bh worlds, lets say 3 in f2p and 3 in p2p for arguements sake. They've coded it once, so it can't be too hard to re-implement it.

Sometime today our leader got in contact with WoF and arranged a p2p matched options mini war for 8pm gmt. It was arranged to be a best of 3, anything goes war with no boundaries. We've never fought WoF before so were anticipating a good fight. When it came to massing I could tell we weren't going to pull the opts that I know we're capable of, but when we entered clan wars it was apparent that WoF had only pulled 1 more than us, so they didn't have to drop large numbers. Round 1 Start: This round we defended, and chose a spot in the north easterly corner. We awaited WoFs charge and quickly disposed of them without suffering many casualties. Ending: Round 2: Start: This round we were set to attack. WoF chose to defend in the same spot that we chose in the previous round. We made our way towards where they were spread, and once again comfortably finished them off. Ending: Was an enjoyable fight, hopefully we can arrange some more in the future. Why bump an outdated 8 month old topic? Nothing you mentioned is relevant anymore since the wilderness is gone.

Just because one or two of the people there happen to be on our memberlist doesn't mean that you fought us. Nothing was arranged with any of our officials, and if it was a proper clan event then we would have had 25+ people present at the war.

Erm you didn't fight us yesterday. We're a p2p clan and havn't been to f2p since the tip it 20 v 20 archer tourni thingy.

IRC is far superior imo. I only use clan chat for monster hunting and clan events. During the first week or so of release around 3 people in my old clan got muted for something that they had said on clan chat, from that moment onwards I've refused to regularly use it outside of events. Also as many of you have already pointed out, the features of IRC make day to day runescape life so much easier, and you can talk to friends in multiple different channels/networks.

What difference does it make posting all this proof here, i very much doubt anyone has bothered reading or looking through all of it. Going through all of this effort to post proof is pointless, as the war had nothing to do with any sort of tip.it rankings so there's nothing any of the staff here can do, regardless of whether or not the other clan did actually cheat.

If this was an RSB war shouldn't you be posting proof on the RSB forums? I doubt that posting it here will help you at all since this is a totally different board.
