Is that a name brand of something that I put in my hair to make it sensitive to the sun's rays so it brightens? Sorry I don't know much about this stuff. lol

I also have a question. I read in Contact that TV programs could drift into space... As in the radio waves from the TV broadcasts could exit the planet and go into space and it was possible for the radio waves to be arranged to create a picture. I know the author of the book said that it was supposed to be realistic and that he even got a person well-learned in physics to create likely scenarios or something. So I'm not sure if the above is just fiction or has a little scientific truth mixed in it.

Wow... isnt that like a violation of rights or something? Thats garbage. you should sue your school to get it changed.. I heard some kids say something like that but I didn't know you could sue. The school's been sued before because they wouldn't segregate (few years ago) and they got sued this year because they wouldn't let us wear black armbands that were a symbol of protest against the uniform policy. Around then. I used to have bright blonde hair and vivid blue eyes... Now I have dark dirty blonde hair and green eyes with a small trace of blue... I envy those that still have kept their bright blonde hair and blue eyes (guys). I wish I still had that. lol Same thing happened with my friend... She had red-orange hair (darker) and blue eyes but now she has a kind of burnt orange hair (Hook 'Em Horns!) and green eyes. Although her eyes are a lighter shade than mine.

We have uniforms: -hunter green polo with maximum of 3 buttons -pleated khaki pants, no cargo, no pockets in front, no brads; must have belt loops -black/brown belt, no brads or any metal on it at all -lanyard school provides, student ID attached and must wear all the time -shoes with no Spongebob laces or red or blue (Gang related. wth) -nothing on heads or arms allowed -no colored hair -no wallet chains -no hoodies -no sweaters -no half jackets -can't zip up jackets -only white undershirt And a lot more bull....

At least you wouldn't age that fast. :

Oh well it's short at the moment but I kind of wanted to grow it out but not totally sure on the hairstyle yet. Also not sure if I should keep my mustache and goatee. :? But on that one I'll just ask my girl friends. :mrgreen:

This is a bit different though... Oh and this is a stupid question, but the highlights will make all of my hair brighter or just put streaks into it? I'm 15 and I'm not sure if that kind of thing isn't "cool" anymore. I know some 8th graders that do it but I don't notice any freshmen.

Okay say that my hair is a dark blonde, but used to be a bright blonde when I was little... What could I do to it to make it bright again and would it make me seem weird to people? I'm a guy by the way.

And who says the planet might be too warm for life? EVen if it's slightly warmer than our planet, it doesn't mean its inhabitants cannot withstand it. They could have a totally different molecular makeup... Remember silicon is another possible element for life, not just carbon. But like I stated above, I believe it's more plausible for us now to just transmit radio waves to the planet with messages describing us and stuff and include primers on all known languages for the inhabitants (if they are advanced enough and even exist at all) to deceipher and then transmit back to us. Not a totally bad idea, is it? Although it can get disrupted by objects that are obstacles... I think like a cloud of dust or whatever could slow it down or obstacles bouncing the radio waves off of it.

I'm just curious... Why don't we send a radio message to the planet? It would take approximately 20.5 years and if any civilization exists... They might receive it and transmit something back. If not, then possibly the civilization isn't advanced enough to care about or doesn't exist at all. I read that in Contact. lol

Oh and the thongs showing if they sit down a certain way and the seat pulls the skirt down... :twisted: Oh and boxers are pretty much the "cool" for guys. Although it can give you a wedgy or even hurt certain areas if it gets pulled up too much by your pants. But they feel cool...literally and they look cool. It sucks if you wear briefs while showering after sports... All the kids saying stuff. lol

Did I mention this? Okay me and some friends in the 7th grade were acting like idiots... During lunch break we would gather concrete chunks or small rocks and throw them at each other... So one friend gets a huge chunk of concrete and throws it at me and it hits me in the elbow. Then I don't feel anything for 5 seconds or so then I get this burning/dead feeling in my elbow... I'm like Aww [cabbage].... Then blood gushes out and I cradle my elbow and run to the nurse, get checked out by parents and go to ER. They said it was too round of a puncture to stitch it up, so I got a tectanus shot and an X-ray. Fortunately it wasn't fractured. Although I have a nasty scar on my elbow to this day.

Like going around saying "What the bloody hell are you [bleep]ing doing, [bleep]?" Everytime you see them and then you sneer at them? Oh and make your voice real deep and stuff to intimidate them. Then if you really want to scare 'em, say you're in the Aryan Brotherhood to scare the [cabbage] out of them. Although not recommended because it can get the hell kicked out of you.

Mainly I'm doing it to look more attractive for the ladies but I already have the good personality. 8-) I also obsess over something... When I was little I had vivid blue eyes and very bright blonde hair... Now (Since I'm like 10 years older...) I have dark green eyes with traces of a little blue and dark blonde hair. So I kind of miss the brighter hair and the vivid blue eyes but meh. :cry: So if you have low self-esteem, do something to make yourself feel better...Just don't go Michael Jackson and make yourself look like a total freak. lol

When you think of wormholes, think of a tube. You hold out the tube in a horizontal line... That is the original path that you take... Now grab both ends of the tube and touch them together.... That's a much shorter path. That's kind of a good analogy. Not totally sure but with wormholes you can probably travel to a star that is 25 light-years away in 15-60 minutes rather than the 25 years traveling at the speed of light...Or the hundreds of thousands of years traveling at our current speeds in space.
