Fire cape compromise. New post by Mod Chris L.
To play the devil's advocate, you don't have to wait 2 hours before getting to the boss fight in the God Wars Dungeon. In Fight Caves, you can lose your progress if you disconnect in the middle of a wave. You get kicked out and have to start all over again.

Fire cape compromise. New post by Mod Chris L.
last i heard it was that much. But the point remains at 50mil still. Its inconstant with other content. Why kill high hitting dangerous boss monsters when you can afk your way to 93 slayer and get your 50mil staff with no effort. Because obviously it takes no concentration or fighting skills if the 50 year olds on the forums are complaining that Jad is too hard... True its going to drop, but personally i think the cape is the only thing that justified the reward Jad isn't hard. It's impossible if your connection isn't the best or if your computer is older. Jagex stands by making runescape a game where any computer with any specs and any OS can play, and I don't think it's right if they are bringing out content that goes against that standard. Jad is already a bad piece of content because of this issue, and not to mention the only fun part about the fight caves is the fight with Jad, though the 2 hours to get with him is hell and is constant click and wait fighting. Personally I say Jagex should fix fight caves but that's a whole different story. Perhaps make it to where you can opt to "get another shot at TzTok-Jad" by speaking with the guard in front of the entrance to the Fight Caves? If you've made it to Jad before and lost, you would be able to skip the easy stuff that takes 2 hours to do. Would make it less likely to lose your connection if you can get it down with faster. I don't have a fire cape myself since my Internet connection can be unreliable. It seems to disconnect more while on RuneScape... When just browsing the web, it seems to be fine on the most part.

Who said it is worth as much as an AGS (125m)? The street price of the Staff of Light is only about 50 million now. It's also still hyped, so I don't expect it to stay at that price forever.

Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
How? Did you draw it? Or is there some sort of program? I'm guessing he did it with the H-gameAnd if you don't know what that is, you probably dont want to know H-game = Hello Kitty. What a wuss. A man plays Hello Kitty games and tries to create a female version of himself. Confession: I played one, too. (H-game ) Was... interesting.... and hilarious.

Why do they even need to be exclusive? So lucky slayers can get their hands on them and horde them to jack up their prices? That would be merchants. Of course, slayers probably do their share of hoarding as well. They should drop eventually and be buyable in the GE soon enough, though. A slayer told me that he can get them often enough and that they aren't that rare to get as a drop.

Compromise: "If you do not have a Fire Cape, you will have to do a sliding puzzle after each kill, much like the ones from Level 3 Cluescrolls."

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Racial brawls took place 5 hours ago in Chicago, New York City, and throughout areas in the South that had low white populations. This is an apparent nation-wide uprising by white supremacist organizations such as the KKK. The riots were subdued by the National Guard and local police officers, costing the lives of hundreds of people. Non-white neighborhoods were torched, and scores of families are without homes. This entire uprising has been called the "Aryan Nationalist Movement". Police and politicians are fearful that white supremacists may have infiltrated the military and that all minorities are at risk. This is the worst of its kind in decades.

Heh. There are a lot of doodles that are actively involved in both American and British politics. (and not just those two...)

Hey! You ignored my argument about Shakespeare...! :( And the Puritans! Meanie.

Germany had Einstein, too. But they didn't like him because he was Jewish, so he helped the Americans to build the Atom Bomb. Germany's anti-Semitism helped it work against itself. Germany gets +0. EDIT: Oh, and the Puritans destroyed the Globe Theatre in 1644. They're whackjobs, I tell ya!

Then again, we also harbor George Walker Bush and Sarah Palin. @Archi: You can't solely claim Shakespeare. Americans kind of claim him due to the time period. After that, it breaks off, and we have all these Puritan weirdos.

You don't like France? (I think I'm totally misreading what you just said... I'm sort of tired right now.)

The Space to Ground PEP stunners would be banned... Anyway, there are far more effective ways for crowd control. Either use riot police, or use the Active Denial System (which, as far as I know, only the US military has).

electronic cigarettes
Nice thread necro. Anyway, as I'm 18, I'm probably one of the few that can legally smoke on Tip.it. Take that, kiddos.

@Icu: Retech asked for an answer, and I gave him one. I didn't know that you took over Mongolia (largely in part that no one tells me of these things), and it's not like I read every single page (except perhaps a quick scan through each one of them for pertinent information). If there were less arguments, I probably wouldn't stop reading when I get to them. It's not terribly unreasonable to assume that two pages are going to be nothing but a continuation of a single argument when I read about 1 or 2 pages of nothing but them... Temperatures have been falling in northern Europe and in the upper United States. This is also accompanied with more snow accumulation during the winters than is usual. People are bellowing "Global Warming!!!", but the weather changes do not seem to be of any immediate threat. Some scientists predict that a miniature ice age is going to be upon us.

The UN upholds its ban on orbital weapons, with the exception of special defense networks that are approved by the UN.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
It was approved. However, kinetic bombing would be useless for the defense system. The GDN will be located near Luna and will try to deflect objects on a collision course with Earth. NASA plans to launch its manned Mars mission in another year or two.

It was granted its independence. Anyway, the Indian Empire has been dissolved, although the former territories have military agreements with India that they will not join the Japanese Empire, and India will still garrison troops and provide military protection.
