  1. Do you suppose it can be used on the Void Knight NPC? That'd make the game far easier, i'd think, if there was one Lunar Mage helping out.
  2. Thats what I was about to ask while skimming over this thread. Some of the spells are decent, but a lot higher in level then I was expecting. Thats not exactly a bad thing... but lvl 65 just to make a pie? It looks real promising as far as group support goes. Now all they need is a Grouping feature, so that people can join in parties together. That would be something. I don't see how they expect the spells to take off well, if the rune can't easily be made. Unless theres a bank on that island... the first trip will be a rough one. From the last poster's picture, there is indeed a bank.
  3. The combo rune magic technique may be a very good way to raise runecrafting too. We'll have to check it out - combo runes are pretty high experience, and logically, it can be done at a bank. I also like the string amulet power. =D
  4. Perhaps we can also expect a new rune essence teleporter.
  5. I think it depends on location. If the KQ was sound at home in her hive and had the help of her minions, it'd be easy.
  6. On top of these treasures, though, you may be fortunate enough to find a jewelled golden sceptre, formerly the property of an ancient king. This sceptre is imbued with certain magical properties that will transport the bearer to any of the three great pyramids: Jalsavrah, Jaleustrophos and Jaldraocht. Jalsavrah is the tomb in which you found the sceptre, and this teleport will take you directly into the Guardian Mummy's presence. Jaleustrophos is the Agility Pyramid, and will deposit you near Simon Templeton's camp. Jaldroacht is the pyramid that you must go to if you wish to change your spellbook to Ancient Magicks - provided you have already completed Desert Treasure, of course. The sceptre only holds three charges, but you can recharge it by giving the Guardian Mummy a number of artefacts from within the pyramid. You will need 24 pottery or ivory artefacts, 12 stone artefacts or 6 gold artefacts to recharge the sceptre. I think that reward's worth it.
  7. Dear lord, I was surprised when I saw this. A monday update.
  8. And the new abyss shouldn't skull people. From what I remember, the reason you got skulled and your prayor was drained in the first place was a result of the teleportation spell. Not the abyss itself.
  9. Oh, you can find the rings in the knowledge base now. It's got pictures of all the spots. ;)
  10. Very good, but I disagree with ONE small detail. I suggest using a lleta teleport crystal, if you can use it, rather than an ectophial. If by chance you get both bound and teleblocked, (While not looking or something) and you have the ectophial on you, it's a huge pain to get another, and you can only have one at a time. With the teleport crystals, you can have more than one of them at a time. Plus, they're pretty easy to get drops from killing elves there. There's a small recharge fee, but it's way worth it if you have around 50 like I do. Of course they've still got that one click teleport. So if you've got access to them, (Having done/started mourner's end... one or two) Use the teleport crystals.
