I happen to agree that a child needs a good spanking once in a while but what people don't understand is that not everyone knows what 'a good spanking' means vs. beating your child ... and it happens a lot more often than one would think.

The reason that I feel that banning corporal punishment is a good thing is because whereas people from not too long ago were spanked etcetera and turned out fine, there are a lot more people today who don't really know what they're doing. When it's the right time to do it. When to stop. And when you get just a handful of people who don't know when to stop and it turns into child abuse, it's not worth it. There are too many other ways for a parent to discipline their child. When a child can't shut the hell up and stop being spoiled, that is a behavioral issue that cannot be solved with violence. In fact, it would probably worsen the situation. In some cases, that's not true. A kid might need it once in a while. But a young child is not only more susceptible to abuse but hitting them is only telling them that it's okay to do so to other people when they have a problem with 'em. It's like: Johnny hits Billy. Then, Johnny's Dad hits Johnny for hitting Billy. Then there's older children. If they need hitting, there are very few reasons for it because, as you can see from these forums, we are a little bit more conscience than people seem to realize. Do you really think that hitting me is going to solve anything?

Accutane is horrible for you. It can do bad things to your liver. Not that I know exactly what it does, but I know they monitor you closely. Even if they do, if something happens, they can't turn back time.

The people who ignore it completely are the ones who are going to suffer with long-term scaring which isn't nice. (Unless of course you have a really weak case of it). That's not true at all. They didn't always have these medicines yet people didn't walk around with scars at age 25. In ten years, it won't matter what you did about it now. And if you have a really strong case of it, then you take that medicine that I mentioned earlier. It's not good for you, but it certainly gets rid of a bad case of acne.

Cold Mountain by Charles Frazier. Superbly written. It was one of those books that I couldn't put down. It got me caught up in the storylinie and the world that Inman lived in. An amazing writer. They put it in film and that was okay. But I prefer the book.

I'm not sure that any medicine except [ak-yoo-tayn] (not sure how it's spelt) is going to get rid of your acne completely. Acne doesn't really bother me, but it did for a while. I used this stuff ... like ... pro-active? Something like that. It didn't help, just dried my face up to the point that it hurt. -_- The point is. Don't worry about it, it's just acne, it'll be gone soon enough.

Well, I picked up some Dutch when I was playing some older games. And to me, Dutch is misspelt German. XD I find German to be a little easy though. :P

I haven't seen too many good movies recently. <_< They're all weird or stupid. Though someone said this was good, I read the novel The Children of Men. And it kind of creeped me out. So. XD

How is MC more from the 'white community'? I don't like either of them usually, but I love a French rapper named MC Solaar. But I don't really understand the difference, so I couldn't say.
