I did it at 75 and even though I'm terrible at combat I didn't find it too hard. Damis was really easy, I ran around in circles in the main room casting spells at him.

You're at 1% for agility...don't burn out.

Glory and ring of dueling, both for the easy teleports.

At 75 agility the ape atoll course takes 42 seconds. I think it's faster than the wilderness course, but I hope this helps.

As far as I can tell, the only ones that absolutely have to be true is that he posts on this forum. The other one would be true is that he may or may not have a skill cape, because you can word it so it would be true for anyone. The real question is, does he have 1000 posts or does he have a smithing 99?

At Brimhaven it is 1 ticket per 1 minute, and the exp you get from obstacles. If you want speed, don't use here because you're going off their time, not yours.
