Wow. Just wow. I've never read a guide this good in my life before, and I doubt I ever will see anything that impresses me this much again. I think I can identify with the writer of this pretty well, as I love agility and it's higher than my combat level and every other skill.

My beginner days were pretty much spent with me being totally lost. I used to think that Falador was 2 cities, with one being the dwarves and mining guild, and the other the one with the banks.

Agility is my most respected cape. Money has no influence, and the poorest person can raise it just as well as the richest. But even then, people still don't raise it because it's hard.

Agility training at Ape Atoll makes around 50k exp an hour, if you never fail.

I'm partially brainwashed against both sides. :P Preps and jocks(aka popular kids at my school), have some advantages and disadvantages. There's 2 groups of them, the 1st being the stuck up kind that cheat on their girlfriends and get drunk, and the 2nd is the normal group of people. I mean the people who like to do things with friends, don't get wasted for fun all the time, and generally are happier. now some people live their life trying to be in the 1st group, because they are blinded by "popularity". this follows irule's advice. my neighbors, for example, have spent their lives trying to be accepted by this group and without that, they believe they have nothing. there's really nothing that can stop them from going that path, because their life is being with that group and without it, they don't know how to live. but that does not mean that they do not sometimes have fun and can be happy. there are the rare nice kids in those groups my 1st post here was trying to explain that sometimes, people are so caught up they believe they must have a "trophy wife/girlfriend/whatever". I suggested to them they follow irule's advice, but will not make you happier in the end as people don't live stuck at a certain age or look. but as for some people on this topic...I'd appreciate if you didn't jump to conclusions and say things like "2xD z0mgs uR t3h hyp0cr1te". Explain your point before you bash mine.

Very hypocritical...:notalk: please tell me how this is hypocritical. all I am saying is that you should go for what you want in a girlfriend. It would be better if you love your girlfriend for who she is, but if you want to be like irulepoker and just have popularity and no girlfriend who loves you for who you are, then do what he says. it won't make you any happier.

irule was just saying what it takes to be cool and for that he was absolutely right. however, many people do not want to be popular because they feel that they are changing themselves to be that way. if this is you, do not follow irule's advice. but if you feel that being popular does not mean you are changing who you are, then why not go for it? anyone who's lived would say that being social and joining things will make you feel better, for the friends and for any group you are in. as for getting a girlfriend, you might want to think about what kind you want. if you want what some typical guys want, blonde, big *you know what I mean*, etc then by all means change your look, get better clothes, and get rid of the glasses. but if you really want a girlfriend for personality and some looks(can't blame you there, of course it's better if you like looking at your girlfriend lol), then you should be yourself, talk to her(NOT stalk her), ask her about herself and get to know her and share a bit of yourself. if she likes you, then things can go from there. if not, then don't waste your life going for someone who will never like you.
