You should probably mention where you live.. Different places mean different ways of doing things. If drivers ed was available online where I live that would be awesome, but sadly it's not..

Hah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm doing my geometry homework and it's proving to be a pain in the a*.. Seahawk, I haven't seen many of your posts but you seem to be quite the intellectual :thumbsup: Personally I would have said screw it when I saw that problem.

I heard about him recently from a friend. I've been watching some of his stuff on YouTube and really enjoyed it.

My first day was like 3 weeks ago but.. My first day was pretty good. Found my classes without any problems this year (thank god for not being a freshman :thumbsup: ). Met a nice girl in my biology class ;) and mangaged to slip out before lunch without getting caught.. I'd say it was better than my freshman year :

Me too :thumbsup: It's nice being able to easily talk to girls now.. My freshman year I was too scared/nervous to even ask a girl to homecoming but I gave it a shot this year : As far as A's.. Well I'm aiming for B's. And don't worry about not getting an A in algebra. I passed it with a B- (and got a B+ on the final exam).

Yeah, but drivers ed kind of ruined the day.. It's easy but spending 2 and a half hours hearing about stuff I already know sucks.. @xvxvx: Heh, I asked a girl to homecoming this year (asked about a weekish ago) and got a maybe. She's had a lot of guys ask her and the maybe still stands (or so she says) but it's not looking so good for me.. Well today is my 16th birthday. No I didn't get my license (I've been asked that quite a few times today) cause I'm still in drivers ed. Want to know how my day has gone? I've got less homework than usual, got a hug from a girl that I like (can't ask her out because my friend is dating her >.<), my neighbor and her friend made me 'happy birthday' signs in their study hall, I got home and found out my parents were in another city at my bro's football game and wouldn't be home till after 6, and from 6 to almost 8:30 I have drivers ed (which I still think is a waste of money.. and it's really boring..). I guess it could have been worse but it's definitly not one of my best birthdays... I am having a party on Sunday for my family (which I was totally against.. I hate being the center of attention..). So I'm gonna spend the next hour celebrating my birthday alone until I have to go to drivers ed >.<

It might be against the rules but who really cares if someone knows how old you are? Just don't tell them where you live >.< Anyways I'm 16.

Bowling For Soup They've had a hit or two but it seems when someone asks what I'm listening to and I saw 'Bowling for Soup' they get a confused look on their face.. Their cd's are full of great songs and I'd recommend checking them out if you have some free time.

That looks great! Manga/anime is hard to draw (I'm just starting to learn how) so turning that into a pixel must have been a challenge

I think someone needs to do a square to get a theme started. This is a good idea but this could turn ugly with 5 different themes :shock:

You definitly need to add shading (or if there is any I don't see it :oops: ). Everything seems so two dimensional and looks like it was colored with the fill tool. Although I must say I'm proud of your for remember to add the shadows :thumbsup: If I'm rambling about something I seem to know nothing about.. Feel free to smack me.

Well think of it this way. A dragon is huge and thus his scales are probably going to be pretty big. If you make 1000 little scales you're going to give people headaches. If you make the scales larger it's easier to shade and easier on the eyes.. And this has been me rambling about something I probably know nothing about...

Ugh drivers ed ends in November and I just relised today that my permit expires tomorrow #-o I have to go pay to get it renewed for 2 months until I can get my license. I get to go down to the good ol' DMV tomorrow (I hate that place)..

The Outsiders was a good movie. I'd definitly watch it again. I think the LOTR and Harry Potter movies are overrated. I like them but I still think they're overrated..

I see some of you are trying to play the racist card here.. I didn't think anything of it when I got home. It was when my neighbor came over and was scared that I got a little concerned. Then I found out there's some people that may want to hurt my neighbors. And if it had been two white guys sitting in the car, I would have said there were two white guys sitting in the car. They drove off quickly when her mom got home and the cops caught them sitting at the end of my street.. And maybe I am a little paranoid but I fear for my neighbors safety..

I don't take it to school and the blades fold in.. I've just been carrying it around after school. I don't think those guys will bother her at school.. She's got some pretty big friends at school ;) So I won't worry so much when she's there..

Last year (my high school freshman year) I tried out for the golf team and the coach screwed me out of my spot. I thought about trying out again this year but I'm taking drivers ed so that would interfere and I don't want to play for that a*hole coach.. My greatest achievement in golf? Beating my dad for the first time :

:shock: Ty :oops: Don't be worried about me. I figure it's better for me to get hurt than to see them take off with her (or any of her sisters). I'm doing everything I can and wanting to do so much more atm. I wish I didn't have drivers ed right after school tomorrow so I could walk her home and be sure those guys aren't hanging around again. And to everyone, I'll be sure to keep you updated on this as much as I can. I used to think fear was a waste of emtion until this started happening.. Now I know how horrible it is, and I have new found sympathy for those who are truely scared. Also.. No need to fear for my safety (at least while I'm home) I've been carrying a knife with me (just in case). I know its sharp cause I cut my finger on it once just by lightly running it across my finger.. And it has 2 blades ;)
