So after much procrastination, I bought the game (for PC). I have some quirks with the multiplayer: 1. Anyone think the MP7 and the Type 95 are a little overpowered? 2. Did they re-nerf explosives? I haven't killed anyone with my semtex so far (despite getting a ton of hitmarkers) 3. Minor issue here, but I find the Create-A-Class menu (basically that whole bar beside your lobby) a little clunky at times i.e having to unequip attachments before equipping another.

My family doesn't really celebrate Christmas, so I can't say I have anything on my wish list.

You could kill green dragons for cash, seeing as bots are gone and dragon bones have gone back up to about 4k or so.

Now as if F2P didn't have enough limitations, the new website looks really bad. At least the most recent update still bore a semblance to the older ones. I believe you have to check the forums to see new ingame updates now?

Got 64 on the instructions, about 75 on some other one I can't really remember. I tend to type mostly with my left hand, and only with a couple of fingers on the other (mostly my index and middle finger, sometimes using my pinky for SHIFT).

I have some mail-related problems. In the event that a package is bound for a previous, but inaccessible home address (that is, a series of apartments scheduled for demolition), what would happen to the package? Is it sent back?

To be fair though, I believe Blaze has not played RS in quite a while, iirc he quit playing often a few years ago (save for an occasional update), when dragon platelegs were around 1.7m (is that right?). Imagine coming back years later to find a once rare and valuable item become absolutely worthless, which I expect is quite a shock. Not that I agree with what he says, but I'd just like to point out that he's not a troll, but probably horribly uneducated about the current metagame.

You could stew for extremes. I'm 87 herblore and I have 200ish of each extreme melee potion (unless you don't intend on meleeing in which case this is irrelevant).

My minecraft hates me. I've been playing a PvP server recently, and my Minecraft keeps freezing up or slowing down (very very slow) for no apparent reason. I doubt that it's my computer, seeing as it runs more than 80fps otherwise. It's just these damned lag spikes.

Actually, if having find match instead of dedicated servers means that I can have local hosts (as opposed to having to join an Australian server for me), I'm fine with it.

It's made even worse by the fact that they have the most redundant explanation for it, to paraphrase: "We want players to have a full scope of the competition of high level gameplay". It's one thing to add advertisements for P2P (mercenaries), it's an entirely different thing to remove an entire feature. If anything this is going to put people off paying for members (after all who is going to pay $6 a month just to get listed on the highscores?).

Seriously...? I can only hope that F2Pers get their own highscores page. This is simply not being fair to the F2Pers who put up with botting crap (which is far worse than P2P) for such a long time.

Bagged 4 Karil bows and 2 skirts, 4 Guthan plates, 2 Ahrim hoods and 2 Dharok axes, plus about 2m or so in extra runes.

Going to buy it this week. Hopefully I won't regret this like I did with BO. I'm fine with Find Match on PC if they let me play with local players (or you know, actually have some local hosts).

I love this update (however horrible I am at it). My only issue is that you have to unlock bosses via climber/endurance/special to fight them in freestyle. What gives? Unless they count as a boss kill, I think fighting them (without any reward) without the need for unlocks is decent enough. Could someone enlighten me on this?

I don't see why the hell not. They gave a beta of sorts to members for all their major graphical revamps (from RSC to RS2 and then RS2 to "HD" graphics), and that turned out quite well, caught loads of bugs and everything.

I've never owned a console, so I grew up with the keyboard and mouse. The only thing that feels vaguely comfortable next to the keyboard (for me at least) is the xbox controller for FPS games.

Not necessary, but a beast of burden could help you carry extra supplies as well as store drops.

I don't know what attack and defence are...? The only ones I would kinda agree with are the javelins because nobody uses that crap. I'm all for cool stuff for F2P, but the argument that just because we don't use it means that F2P should have it is really weak. Also, F2P canifis gloves were a glitch, but Jagex stuck with it seeing as they didn't do anything anyways (along with their mass popularity).

Have you tried placing another block of water below that one? I used to build water brakes with 2 blocks of water (or water pools 2 blocks high).

Yes it will. The ratio is 3:1 (brews:restores) iirc.

I'm personally not too hopeful. Isn't this the same promise they guaranteed us before FT was reinstated? Also, the bot makers found a way around the frosts update, It kinda seems likely they'll only mess them up for a day or so.

I'm pretty sure the cards aren't available here. What a ridiculous offer. Why not put something out for the people paying for membership, not just the ones using the stupid prepaid card (AFAIK they're not available here).

I remember one of the j mods saying that you weren't supposed to be able to boost anything (there was a glitch I believe?).

I hate the hype of Clan Citadels, honestly. It only affects members, and even then, not every member(seeing as not everybody is a clan). It boggles me how they can treat this as some grand spectacular update everybody will be talking about for months or years or something. Dominion tower sounds very nice however. Possibly awesome equipment and nostalgia feeding. Camera updates... I'm quite used to adjusting with the keys for about 6 years so I'll probably not use this. Will probably not use the new chat updates too, seeing as I'm not in a clan. Pit looks interesting. I could use every xp boost I can to reach that level 77 Agility I need for RotM.
