I've never been a fan of these contests with IRL prizes. Come to think of it, I've never really bothered to join (or even notice in some cases) any of their contests.

I actually had that idea for a while, was pretty fun. Rambo: M60E4 Attachments Grip + Rapid Fire (or anything but no optics) RPG-7 Scavenger, Blast Shield, Steady Aim The USAS is a pretty awesome weapon, going to take the time to unlock all the proficiencies for it.

Quests are my main motivation; despite the investor crap Jagex keeps churning out, they still make pretty decent quests.

The Barrett is the only sniper rifles I don't go negative by using because I don't even use the scope; I just run around doing hip fire spam when I'm near an enemy.

More than a day has passed and they still stick to their stupid logic in spite of the majority finding holes in it. You know, none of this would have happened (the backlash) if Jagex didn't try to pretend like they had such a stern stance against any form of RWT.

I've not played WaW, but Black Ops for PC was (or rather is) total garbage. It's ridiculously unplayable if you live anywhere other than where the servers used for dedicated servers are located. The result was that while my connection wasn't horrible (sub 100ms, which is average), players living near the servers like Australia and Japan (the ones I had to join) had <10ms, so basically the entire team, if I was unlucky enough, had host advantage. Also tons of FPS issues and poor bullet detection; it's the only game I've had to empty my clip for a kill. It's things like this that made the BO servers empty, and I had no problem finding a game in MW2 on PC until MW3 came out.

It would have been fine to just add the extra spins from other sources. This is just absurd.

I've had a Razer Lachesis, which I got for about $50, for 2 years, but the middle mouse button has started to work whenever it damn feels like. I'm fully aware of my needs (and my usage), so my only concern now is of the durability. Are there any durable mice (heavy, heavy usage) with decent sensitivity? I don't know if I should stick with Razer (I've also owned a Krait that died for no apparent reason), as I'm not sure if I'm just the victim of bad luck due to mixed reviews (some say their mice last for years, some say theirs die within a month). Brand names are welcome to help me choose a reliable one, but a specific model would be nice. Price should not exceed $100 (local currency, so it's about 80USD), although I'm willing to look into a more expensive one if absolutely necessary.

People who play their music so loudly that you can hear every single lyric of the song clearly from their ear/headphones. Why even wear them then? I must admit, though, that part of this peeve is because I get very uncomfortable if I think people can hear the sound from my ear/headphones.

Hyperbole and a Half - Although the author hasn't updated it for a very long time. Vgcats - I love the cartoony style which they're drawn in; it's not very special otherwise and is infrequently updated. And as above, I check Cyanide and Happiness daily, and Penny Arcade from time to time.

I can feel you on the Last Stand issue. They spend so much effort on denouncing Last Stand, then they add an even more annoying variant of it (the C4 thing). And no love for PC for the new gametypes... not that anybody in my region plays anything other than TDM and SnD.

Accounts with the limitation have it removed when they subscribe. Seems like the guy was being an ass.

I hope that people will post guides on skill point usage (without being hard to find); I was complete crap at doing so, and couldn't find a skill guide for my character in Diablo II.

Isn't the final weapon in gun game a Javelin? Seems like an awfully difficult last gun. I've been messing around with the M60E4 for a fair bit now. It's pretty awesome down narrow corridors (e.g. Hardhat, Seatown) with Rapid Fire and a grip. Not sure if Kick reduces more recoil than a grip though.

The only thing remotely bad about the graphical update is that it spaced out the Tzhaar monsters too far apart, making slayer tasks longer than they should (unless there's a spot with like 4-5 Tzhaar-kets).

Didn't play much (~4 hours) this weekend. 68-70 hunter 74-75 Thieving About 500k in attack, ~120k in slayer. Still a pretty decent weekend, a pity I didn't have the heart to do herblore as I was saving for 95 prayer.

You did mention you wanted an SS for strength training in the original post with no mention of your whip, you could train strength with the whip with controlled but it'd take longer to accomplish your goal.
