you can only change an assignment once, and you must go to the burthorpe slayer master to get an assignment changed. but if u got the task from him then it cannot be changed

everyone cuts magics at the same speed no matter what lvl. so if an person with 99 wc and a person with 75 wc were cutting it they would get logs at the same speed
