im pretty sure i saw a suggestion like this on the rs forums once. but it said something like this: i think jagex should have some sort of wearable item to represent an acheivement such as a 99 skill, but we cant just get the cape right away, we will have to talk to a certain NPC and do a task for him example 99 cooking would be something like cook 1k sharks

about 1-2k from bronze to rune, then used another 1k tokens and got 3 more rune defenders, then lost one kqing :cry:
