So, I was fishing a bit in Edegville...As I walked back to the bank to store my recently caught goods, I came across a player moderator threatening a young man for something he might do.. The conversation as from what I could tell whilst eavesdropping was that the young man was having a bit of an argument with another player, he kept a level head and didn't break any rules..the argument ended abruptly probably due to the better sense of adding one another to each others ignore list. After 2 minuets had gone by..well something like this happened. Young man1: "Ok, you know what.. I don't feel like talking about this" young man2: "whatever dude" a minuet or two passes Moderator: "Either you guys stop arguing or your getting muted" me: "use some sense..they're not arguing -.- " Moderator: "you be quiet to, or your getting a mute" At this point the two players step in at my defense...moments later I get a private message from the first young man saying "the idiot just muted me...do me a favor and report him with me, eh?" That altercation occured more than a week ago...today, I got an email from jagex ( :thumbsup: ) apologizing for the bad choice in this person as a moderator...and stripped him of his privileges. :twisted: I likez getting pplz banned! cuz Imz !33t f0r $ur3! :lol: btw...it was in game mail :

No, the reason why rogues are unpopular is because so many of them are Twinks, similar to our pures. Warriors are unpopular because of their lack of survivability when soloing. Hunters are unpopular because they can be played by a drunken chimpanzee with both of it's hands broken. I was saying more along the lines of ammo... quickly used and takes a slot in your bad :roll: btw...I play a druid, paladin, and shaman :thumbsup:

One time someone said "did you now jagex changed it so when you say your password outloud, it stars it?" and this before they actually did star your pass, :geek: lost my account for 3 days...he put 300k on it and full rune when I was like level 45...it worked out well \ although I was quite pissed before it got recovered. another time, I was merchanting in fally park world 2 on rune arrows...good business, but peoples rune arrows for 50 a piece get 1,000 go to world 18 edgeville sell 1,000 for 60 a piece and make a good amount off it. well one time some guy wanted to buy 1,000...put up 60,000gp first, then it went to 6,000...lol...Which was small potatoes, considering I had 20,000 arrows to sell that night.

Ever been to a game of castle wars...all you ever hear is "zomg anicinet magers bstrd!" :lol: and you have the balls to say its under powered? oh yea...your totaly underpowered when you can spam a spell that will hit 30, freeze for 15 seconds and hit multiple people, totally underpowered! look, the point is...range and mage sucks, sorry... go play wow. lol hunters on wow are basically archers. mages are spell casters, that don't use runes! lol

Original poster...I direct you to your avatar. : Also, mage/range expends quite a bit of money...give us unlimited runes/arrows and wed be all for it..perhaps a mana bar like on wow? but on wow you also use up arrows on hunters/rogue/warriors so thats why they are less popular on wow and rs

i think it should be titled "an optimistic and naive view on anti-rwt updates" as stated in one of my past articles (dont care if you have or havent read it) we lost allot more than just pking and pkers that day our world was turned upside down.

That was uncalled for. Everyone has a right to voice their opinion, no matter how much you disagree with them. Please, have a little more courtesy when posting. go to hell for the following reasons (please) 1-the wild is gone..no more danger...boring with no danger. 2-i might have sucked [wagon] at pking but i liked it all the same! 3-merchanting was fun as hell, and i made a good deal of money from it 4-since the removal of player based trade..75% of the mulltiplayer..is now dead...all i can call multiplayer is minigames so shut hell and keep your mouth shut :evil: although...i dont think jagex hates us...more...i donno...wants to break up with us and cant find the words :cry:

The only thing I'm looking forward to involving the release of summoning, is the simple fact people wont be at the black dragons in Zanaris...assuming summoning has nothing to do with them, or im screwed with a capital S \ \ :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :pray: :pray: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

heres another tip. Dark bows suck and bots will always exsist... in fact..i saw on a site now that there accumulating the wealth on an account then selling the account. *sigh* jagex, you screwed up :wall:

i support, even though most black dragons move pretty freely all over...lol i also think it would be hilarious if a green or red dragon wound up in lumbridge or world 2 fally! LOL

you bring a few good "doom laden" points up, im level 102 with 87 range and 88 mage. that kinda makes me a semi-high player (definition of a high level please? lol) i dont think ill quit, and your right in pretty much everything you said we ought to have seen this coming seeing as how there were SO many obvious hints.

ok....i dont wanna rip on runescape, its my favorite game...but did you seriously just compare a java based mmorpg to world of warcraft!?! your crazy WOW has better graphics, bigger fan base and much more devoted players.

well, its hard to say... I don't pk allot, nor do I do much in the way of merchanting :-k buttttttt i feel sad that we are loosing so many players. its really hard to make a decision for myself (im not usually wish washy) on the subject of massive updates, but right now its a hurricane of doubts, loss of money, and how can it be avoided, grief I *sigh* just dunno what to think really, im not affected but many of my friends are. id say... if i didn't know better, jagex hates the merchants...first the ge then the 3k gp trade limit...rather sad #-o god im glad im not a merchant i personally will continue playing, but with more reverie for getting my own items one thing to look forward to now is the massive amount of new players for me to call Noob :twisted: anyways, to the good people of rune tips, i salute you on this fine article written in such a short time! koddos my friends! =D> **************************** on a more sadder note, here is the last song that will be played on the sinking ship that was runescape :boohoo: October 2002 - September 2007
