I still can't really decide what I would be better off with. At first I was all for rapier like most on this thread, but then I realized I probably will only be using chaotic for friendly pvp (clan wars, POH dungeons, castle wars) stuff like that. I don't do any boss hunting and I haven't really "trained" combat in years. Almost all my combat exp comes from friendly pvp. Would cls be better for me?

This is such a vague, impossible questions. Define "the best upgrades". I could put my entire house in a dungeon and fill all 32 rooms with a steel dragon and my house would cost 320M, it wouldn't be very fun or practical, but you might consider it "the best" since it's the most expensive.

Algebra I was a dumb class anyway, who needs it. I feel very left out sometimes because of one summoning but I'm still hesitant to train it. I enjoy being a lower combat level but still able to compete with 130's stat wise. It kind of sucks when trying to find a dungeoneering team though, most want 120 or 130+ players, even though I could go from 117-126 in a day with the charms I have banked.

It's pretty irrelevant because if you haven't played in two years you probably won't have enough junk to take advantage of the street price, unless you trade solely with items like pumpkins and disks and such. Most likely the best you could do is sell max on ge, which I most definitely do not recommend.

Your right, I dont have that money to work with this anymore. I chose to improve my skills instead of my bank and appearance, thats why I sold my partyhat. experiments are terrible, no salve, no charms, no slayer mask, far apart, crowded with pures, bleh. Right, thats what I meant to mention. High exp, but all they drop are bones. you'd be better off killing level 2 men. Nope, cave slime is 120k/hour + xp. (that thread is in the hall of fame) On topic: Armoured zombies are still my go to training monsters. They drop planks which are nice because they're noted and they're awesome xp

Claws, there are better, cheaper armors
