For the diaries do you have to upgrade from the first reward up? For example I have the stats for the hard seers tasks but not for the medium tasks. If I complete the hard tasks without doing the medium or easy tasks do I still get the reward? Thanks

This wouldn't persuade Jagex, they've stated numerous times in the past how much they hate rare items.

Are santa's a lot more rare then people think? For a while they've been considered lower than masks and are now the cheapest rare. I know for a fact Duke Freedom got banned with almost 400 and I've heard stories of a couple more people like him that have purposely hoarded santa's and quit or what not. Plus unlike masks they were only dropped on one day, opinions?

Not unless something unpredictable and drastic happens. There are simply too many people with money and too few rares, more and more people will continue to get money and the amount of rares will stay the same. There aren't enough rares to satisfy the demand.

The only real rare you can buy is a Santa. You could get some semi-rares, though.

I was thinking the same thing, Jagex is already in dangerous waters with the updates they've been presenting recently. I really hope this skill comes out with a bang for their sake. If this skill flops they are in deep [cabbage], not to mention the months they spent developing it wasted.

Blue masks are on their 4th day of not being updated on the ge, Red's were just updated on their 5th day. Blues used to update every other day and I think Red's used to update a little more frequently as well. Does this mean they are becoming more difficult to buy over the ge? Or are people just not putting in as many offers as they used to?

The only reason onyx is rare is because it is now much more difficult to get, and furthermore all the people who had onyx either made them into furies long ago or just sold the gem as soon as they go it. Very few people just had onyx lying around in their bank, so when they became difficult to get, they became a semi-rare.
