i have heard some stuff from friends that you officially (sp) stop being a noob at level 70, is this true? and if it isn't, then what level?

Noob is an attitude, not a lvl. That would be newbie. You're no longer a newbie when you understand how the game works

Being a 'true' noob isn't about combact levels, is about not knowing about the game, I level 3 could not be a noob and a level 90 could. But if your called a noob and its not 'true' don't mean you are, A 'true' noob is some one who thinks somthing wrong, like thinks bug abuse is if some ones bugging you, or thinks if you don't have 1 def your not a pure or can't figure out ANYTHING and just walk around trading hammers, them people are 'true' noobs.

Newbie = Beginner, when you begin to understand the basics and the ways of the game, you stop being one.

 

 

 

Noob = Acting like a newbie, anyone can be one, regardless of skills or wealth or whatever.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And remember that combat level means nearly nothing.

a person who acts like a noob at lvl 3 will still most likely act like a noob at 126, ive seen completely noobish high levels, to me levels have nothing to do with it. If you mean newb instead of noob, id say lvl 30-40ish

Noob is just a word people use to make themselves feel good inside... Really they have very unfulfilled lifes and like to use computer games as a source of making them feel big by shouting at low levels.

Noob is how you act, not what level you are..

As said, it's all about attitude, not combat level. People often confuse the terms "newb" and "noob". Again as stated, a newb is someone new to the game- hence the "newb." The term "noob" has many definitions according to many different people. Often, it is used by the immature or insecure to make themselves feel better about their skills (or lack thereof), or incompetencies. This being said, I'll lock this thread.
