March 21, 200719 yr Neitiznot and Port Phasmatys furnaces are pretty much equidistant from their respective banks however: a) the door on the Port Phasmatys furnace occasionally shuts, leaving you to open it again before you can get to the bank or furnace, and, B) the Neitiznot bank is a one-click chest as opposed to the regular bank in Port Phasmatys which you need to wear a ghostspeak amulet to use without an annoying third screen. I haven't paced it out, so I'll concede that Port Phasmatys may be marginally closer to the bank, but for convenience Neitiznot is the better of the two.

March 21, 200719 yr But it's very easy to get into Port Phastmatys: ecto tele, enter city, voila! To get to the island, you have to tele-lyre (or house if it's in Rellekka) or even Camelot (lost my lyre ages ago, didn't care to get a new one), then hoof it to the Fremmenik town, board a ship (get to watch a PRETTY animation ), and then get to the bank/furnace. Unless you want to spend most of your time there, I think Port is a LOT easier, plus there's mostly someone there to talk to. Neitiznot seems to be kinda deserted... Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...

Note that you need to have completed the Ghost Ahoy quest to gain access to this city, even though you can entering the city if you have 2 ecto-tokens. You should also wear an Amulet of Ghostspeak to make the banking process easier.

If you would, you couldn't start it. 2 Echto tokens or charter ship for Port Phasmatys without Ghosts Ahoy done. And Port Phasmatys is definetly faster than Neitiznot. You might have to open the door.. About a second delay, and for banking, when you have to move towards the bank, it doesn't make a difference wether it is 1click or 2clicks... March 21, 200719 yr Theyre both are the same distance BUT Neitiznot is way more convenient as no door closes and the bank is 1 click instead of 2/3 Of course if randomly smelting something go to the port but for very large amounts use Neitiznot! :D Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
