March 24, 200719 yr The trunk is very nice, but the leaves are terrible. It looks as if you took an already done tree, and added a hideous green color ontop of the already colors leaves. Which, might I point out, seriously makes me doubt you actually made it. IF you did, apologies. In reference to the leaves, don't use the suqare brushes in paint, they aren't good for finished peices, they are decent for blocking out colors, but not completed works. Also, I like the fadatar..

Sorry if i am missing some basic fundamental thing here but imo that is what it looks like... feel free to tell me why i'm wrong :-w New sigzor^^

March 25, 200719 yr That trunk is nice! Leafy stuff is always hard in pixel art, so I'm not at all surprised that it's of lesser quality. Also, great avvy. Maybe he used a reference, but IMO the shape would be more realistic if he traced over an image. I guess i was wrong about you ripping and all it just seems so odd with the leaves up there looking rather... well :uhh: If you don't mind me giving a few crits... I really liked how on the old trunk there was that nice hollow half way up.. the new piece doesn't emphasize that spot as much... I would add a touch of black to there to give the perception of depth... Your bottom roots look too smooth... With a bg and such it wouldn't matter but just on a white bg I would sharpen the end a tad... Thats about it atm... nice to see some people back on tip.it with pixeling skill :D New sigzor^^
March 27, 200719 yr Nice trunk. Heheh. So funny am I. But anyways people probably think it must be traced because pixels around here haven't been too good since the decline of sig selling and that it reminds me of a RS tree(haven't played for about a year, going off memory)
