Hi, i'm Lugia0013 and welcome to my thread :). I'm a 17 year old male from Maryland, turning 18 in September. I always knew training Slayer past 85 was a good idea, now the day of reckoning is nigh. I want 91 RC for when the price of dark bows collapses, and 99 Mage for a second 99, protection from abyss pkers, and because spellbook swap is only 3 lvls away from 99.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The goals in order of planned achievement:

 

 

 

85 Mining

 

 

 

99 Fletching

 

 

 

90 Slayer

 

 

 

91 Runecraft

 

 

 

99 Mage

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why I want them:

 

 

 

85 Mining - Mining Runite is an opportunity for some extra profit while alching all the bows from fletching.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

99 Fletching - It would be my first 99 stat and it allows me to train mage and get some money.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

90 Slayer - Z0mg, a slayer update past 85 :o. If I can rush to 90 fast enough, I can kill the dark beasts while dark bows are still expensive \ . I KNEW training slayer past 85 would be a good idea, i'm totally laughing at the abyssal demon campers with only 85 :lol:.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

91 Runecraft - Failsafe for when dark bow prices collapse.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

99 Mage - My original goal was 94, but I was considering making mage my second 99. Then the new lunar spells come out and I definately want 96 for some serious lunar slayer. Since I already want 96, I might as well get 99. It would be way more satisfying than like 80-99 cooking.

91 Runecraft - Craft the nats to alch my bows, then craft like 70k cosmics for 99 Mage, then craft for world 66 laws until 91.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

99 Mage - Finish alching my bows at the heros guild to get 94. Then Onyx Enchant to 99. I plan to break 94, 96, and 99 at 132 Yanille.

Am i the only person who will not be shooting for 91 runecraft just for the money? 91 runecraft means I can have lines of runners at the nature altar and get 99 as fast as possible. Good luck, but get 91 for something other than just money!

Updated with a new mining method. I'm sick of granite, i've had that mith and addy for a long time, and I can mine coal pretty quickly with 84 Mining.

Just got 85 Mining. Runite ore without stouts \.

Got 90 mage today and as you can tell from my screenie, it's been raining runite for me at the heros guild. In one trip, I got 23 ores in 729 alchs :D.

I've also got 85 mining but mining rune at heroes guild ain't so great when your not alching, specially on peak times, because there are alot of miners (like you : :lol: ).

I agree, which is why if I do any aggressive no alching rune mining, I do it at the rock near the dark beasts. But for alching, the heros guild is hands down the best. The number of times i've gotten both ores far outweighs the number of times i've gotten no ores. The heros guild or the wilderness rocks might also be good for system updates :-k. I currently buy vials at ardougne whenever I see a system update.

Updated with 96 Fletching and 87 Slayer. I also broke my record for rune rock alching. My new record is 23 ores in 599 alchs.

Updated with 97 Fletching. Due to a lucky d legs drop at iron drags, I was able to buy the supplies for 99 Fletching earlier than expected \ . Also I broke my record for fewest alchs to get 23-24 rune ore again. New record is 473.

Just got 91 mage. The runite rain continues :D.
