Nonsense :D No, honestly it was, you could just keep argueing until you won without the fear of getting reported. eventually the censor got too hard to get around :(
November 7, 200718 yr Darn, nothing from shortly after Fletching came out. I first got my members because I thought Fletching would be a fun skill to raise and I did raise it very quickly :P. Always wondered how well I was doing with other people back then since Fletching being above 60 was simply amazing to most people (no make 5, 10, or x).
