- Good ideas, but some of them are to extreme, and some not. Well, I have a suggestion (found it somewhere). At 99 Herblore you make a potion with (4) directely.
Good idea, I'll change it and credit you.

i dont like any of them... most sound fun... but 10shots every hour :roll: or a teleport to somewhere every hour...

(-) love the idea well i'm no p2p but i still love the idea nice things wich you can do by the smithing its only weird someone can stand near a bank and use the anvil i think you also need to put a charge on that like uhh... after 10 things made break or sumthing

How does 20 minutes turn into 2.5 hours? Was your math perhaps magical math?

(-) If agility or quest can be used in the wilderness, if you have been hit with tele-block can you use their operate effect?

 

 

 

Prayer cape, cannot be used in the wilderness, I think this would be unfair on really big stakes in duel arena. I think it should not be used in PvP, therefore, smite is useless on NPCS, so maybe change it to 2 protection prayers at once.

Also, for the cooking and smithing cape--it shouldn't be usable in a bank.

 

 

 

To elaborate, his would prevent somone from spawning a range or anvil right up against a bank booth.

 

 

 

I dont really know about that, it is Abyssalwhip's suggestion, but I thought the anvil/range would be invisible to other players.

I think its there if you run out of arrows, your axe breaks, or your in desperate need of something.

So? The cape owner could still use it....if they spawned it directly outside a bank booth, they would just have to turn around to get to it. While you could make the argument that they already have 99 it still seems a but unfair to me.

Attack:

 

Gives you a red sword equivalent of a rune long that breaks after 1 minute of combat.

 

pathetic - most people at that level would just use a whip

 

 

 

Strength:

 

Boosts strength to 110, drains at normal stat drain rate.

 

maybe a unique one because thats only as good as a normal pot

 

 

 

Defence:

 

Gives you a blue shield the equivalent of a rune kite, breaks after 1 minute of combat.

 

same as attack

 

 

 

Ranged:

 

Gives you a green crossbow with the stats of a mage short that has 10 free shots then breaks (hour starts after the bow breaks)

 

same as attack

 

 

 

Magic:

 

Unlocks a new spell in the spell book equivalent to fire blast, 10 shots as usual.

 

no real use

 

 

 

 

 

Prayer:

 

Able to use smite and protect from_____ at once ( one time activate)

 

no maybe

 

 

 

Runecrafting:

 

Doubles the rune amount (1 time each hour cape used)

 

nice idea

 

 

 

Construction:

 

Gives you 25 rooms rather than 20 (only has to be activated once permanently)

 

very much needed maybe another boost too, maybe a 10% reduction in the price of construction items

 

 

 

HP:

 

Boosts HP to 110, does NOT drain like normal stats down or up to normal level.

 

pretty good

 

 

 

Agility:

 

Opens up a menu with the option to teleport to any of the courses.

 

pretty good maybe, faster run energy restoration every hour

 

 

 

Herblore:

 

You make a 4 dose potion rather than 3 - Jonte135

 

very good idea

 

 

 

Thieving:

 

No fails at any traps or pickpockets for 10 minutes. Teleports to rogues den (unlimited charges)

 

not sure about that

 

 

 

Crafting:

 

Spawns any crafting tool (can be used more than once an hour) - credit to Voldmort0 for the idea.

 

Also teleports to crafting guild (unlimited charge)

 

yes might be useful

 

 

 

Fletching:

 

Arrows do 10% more damaged, arrows made by a 99 fletcher are marked by a (f)

 

no i dont like this one how about for 100 bows or 1000 arrows you make you get 10% more. maybe this could be used like every 2 hours

 

 

 

Slayer:

 

Black mask effect on all slayer monsters while wearing a black mask (permanent effect)

 

not sure

 

 

 

Hunter:

 

Spawn any trap out of nowhere.

 

nah because you wouldnt bother going to a hunter place without your trap

 

maybe you camoflage completely for 10 mins every 2 hours

 

 

 

Mining:

 

Spawns a pickaxe equivalent to rune, can be used to mine 10 ores then it breaks.

 

Teleports to mining guild ( UC)

 

same as attack but teleport could be useful

 

 

 

Smithing:

 

Spawns a anvil (if you walk away from it, it dissapears)

 

nah thats pretty useless

 

 

 

Fishing:

 

Spawns a harpoon, lobster pot or any net, breaks after 20 fish caught.

 

Teleports to fishing guild (UC)

 

same as hunter

 

maybe just you get fish more often

 

 

 

Cooking:

 

Spawns a mini range in front of you if you walk away it dissapears - chams10

 

Teleports to cooking guild (UC)

 

not really very good maybe a gauntlet type of effect

 

 

 

Firemaking:

 

Spawns a silver tinderbox, 10 log burns then it breaks (fire lasts 2x as long)

 

not really useful, well theres no point in fm anyway

 

 

 

Woodcutting:

 

See mining but with an axe.

 

same as attack maybe twice as many logs for 10 mins every hour

 

 

 

Farming:

 

Gives 20% more crops when picked - credit to Sir_Erderik

 

good

 

 

 

Quest:

 

When operating it (can be used as much as you want in an hour) you can teleport to either, TzHaar, Pest control, Relleka, shilo village, burthope, taverly or the grand tree. After 10 uses has to be recharged for 1k by the WOM

 

yes also if the 1 quest grace thing comes then maybe it can spawn basic things needed for quests like knives and stuff

pathetic - most people at that level would just use a whip

 

 

 

 

How is it pathetic? Say your using full veracs on a slayer task, the flail breaks, you have no back-up weapon, but you do have an attack cape, and those 10 hits could get your slayer up.

(-) i support, but there are some things that need tweaks.

 

 

 

Attack:

 

Gives you a red sword equivalent of a rune long that breaks after 1 minute of combat.

 

maybe give a similar boost as str, but can't be used at the same time as the other cbt capes' effects

 

 

 

Strength:

 

Boosts strength to 110, drains at normal stat drain rate.

 

no problems here

 

 

 

Defence:

good, maybe mod to where you can use any 2 "single use" prayers together (these being all protects, smite, redemption, retribution)

Gives you 25 rooms rather than 20 (only has to be activated once permanently)

 

no problems here, maybe have a tele to your house once an hour too

 

 

 

HP:

 

Boosts HP to 110, does NOT drain like normal stats down or up to normal level.

 

almost no problems, but maybe make it to where it just drains 4x as slow, or have the slow drain rate as well as a partial immunity to poison while the cape's worn (reduced chance of poison, damage is dealt 1/2-1/3 as fast)

 

 

 

Agility:

 

Opens up a menu with the option to teleport to any of the courses.

 

no problems, but have it where you have to have completed the course at least once to go there

 

 

 

Herblore:

 

You make a 4 dose potion rather than 3 - Jonte135

 

is this permament? if so make it just last for 10 mins/hr

 

 

 

Thieving:

 

No fails at any traps or pickpockets for 10 minutes. Teleports to rogues den (unlimited charges)

 

make it last 3-5 mins, few people really need it for THAT long

 

 

 

Crafting:

 

Spawns any crafting tool (can be used more than once an hour) - credit to Voldmort0 for the idea.

 

Also teleports to crafting guild (unlimited charge)

 

no problems here

 

 

 

Fletching:

 

Arrows do 10% more damaged, arrows made by a 99 fletcher are marked by a (f)

 

not exactly good for economy ;) just think of how many fletch macroers we'll get from this. how about we just get 10% more arrow shafts/unstrung bows/cbow limbs than normal?

 

 

 

Slayer:

 

Black mask effect on all slayer monsters while wearing a black mask (permanent effect)

 

overpowered, make it last 5 mins/hr

 

 

 

Hunter:

 

Spawn any trap out of nowhere.

 

this isnt that good, make it where you can get the materials for one trap once/hr

 

 

 

Mining:

 

Spawns a pickaxe equivalent to rune, can be used to mine 10 ores then it breaks.

 

Teleports to mining guild ( UC)

 

make it where ores are instead mined 4x as fast 3 mins/hr

 

 

 

Smithing:

 

Spawns a anvil (if you walk away from it, it dissapears)

 

or make it where you get 5% more bars when you smith, 10% more with blast furnace

 

 

 

Fishing:

 

Spawns a harpoon, lobster pot or any net, breaks after 20 fish caught.

 

Teleports to fishing guild (UC)

 

see mining

 

 

 

Cooking:

 

Spawns a mini range in front of you if you walk away it dissapears - chams10

 

Teleports to cooking guild (UC)

 

or, as someone else said, a reduced cooking gloves effect on all food, stackable w/ the gloves

 

 

 

Firemaking:

 

Spawns a silver tinderbox, 10 log burns then it breaks (fire lasts 2x as long)

 

not all that good, but what else IS there for fm?
