Good Tournament Games

Featured Replies

I work at a computer lab, and recently ive been assigned the task of finding a good tournament game for an event they are hosting for kids. Ive tried to find one that fits all their requirements, being...

A:Kid friendly

B:Free(if possible)

C: You could host a tournament with

...ive turned up a blank on my search, and in my desperation have decided the video game section of a video game forum on a video game sight might yield some results. Does anybody here know of something that fits the previously listed requirements.

Some people are like slinkies, normally they are dull, but they always give you a smile

when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Well I don't know which age you are talking about, but there are loads of Fps' out there;

For a more kind friendly version of Quake: Warsow, it looks some sort of cartoony but it's lovely and free.

Enemy territory (AKA Return to castle Wolfenstein: enemy territory) A free expansion for the game Rtcw and you don't need Rtcw to play it.

Warrock: Not for kids but it's very realistic, if you played Cs, this is the game you want! It's like Cs but the graphics are way better (Altough I preffer CS)

Those are just some of them, hope I helped you out.

;>

Maybe Donkey Konga?

He is in a computer lab, not talking about using consoles.... any fighting game is sub par compared to all other games anyways....

Besides that, i suggest finding Age of Empires. It's an excellent game to set up as a tourny.

Halo 2 :P doesnt matter what age you are, its always fun..unless you are blind... and violence is minimal...apart from shooting people in the head, etc, but no gore really :)

Or you could try Gears of War....

Could try Halo Trial.

Download it, no blood I swear, though CTF would mean a team tourney and you'd need two judges to go in first and steal the banshees.

We played it at school all the time. Until the libarians banned it. Had some good marksmen too.

Got killed 3 times til I found where he was shooting from and PWNED him with a pistol lol.

I tell the truth even when I lie.

Age of Empires if said kids are kind of smart..if not, then either Mario Party, Super Smash Bros. Melee, or Halo

Warrock is good if said kids are about 14 or so...like me..it's a real fun game
