If you do all the quests that is kinda completing runescape.

You 'beat' runescape when you say "Damn, I did a real good job" and you just decide to enjoy the game, thats when you finish it.

I don't really think you can complete the game, because there is always new people to talk to & meet.

I'd have to say you have completed RuneScape when you have finished all quests. A small explanation: Most games have unlocks and different kind of 'levels.' And ALL games have a storyline they follow. Usually the game ends when you have completed the last mission in the storyline, even if you dont have all the unlocks or maxed all of your 'levels'.

 

 

 

But then again, Jagex releases 2 new quests every month, so if you look at it that way you may never 'complete' RuneScape.

i don't think rares are needed because you don't have to "earn" them. all you have to do is have the money to buy them, but with pc armor and cw armor, u really have to work for it. think about how many games go into a full set of gold cw armor. just winning alone, that's about 1000+, with games 20min long each. that's 333 and a third hours, plus i know it's not only 1000 tickets, it's more.
