Why's that sword shot, I think its a very well done PIXEL sig, if you believe you can do better then do so. Its awesome shading and a great job done on the guy.

Why isn't it worth near 600 k? Why? Because it's not 100 % pixel? No.. ofcourse.. if it's not 100 % pixel it can neeeevverrr be worth 600 k. :?

Meh. I guess it just comes down to personal preference. I prefer brushed pixels over 100% pure ones because the shading looks so much better. I think only once have I seen one non-brushed pixel sig in which the shading really impressed me. It was by Jlr if anyone cares to know and the reason why the shading was so amazsing was because he did it line-by-line one pixel at a time.

Its a great pixel sig, but never set the starting price that high. If you think its worth that much, let it get up there on its own.

in my opinion foxs work beats mrxman and jeppoz

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

shore cartoony is good and all, but try zooming into that sig and see the sading used to make it look so realistic

No way Fox beats Jeppoz, TJ does all his pixel sigs PIXEL BY PIXEL, you can really tell his sigs are made 100% "by hand" without special effects or shortcuts. Fox's work is very impressive and I could never go up to that level, but I enjoy making my sigs cartooney and simple. :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The price of any sig depends almost solely on the buyer, not the seller. The majority of the sig customers are not artists (no offense) so they may not choose a sig on the same terms as a sigmaker or artist would. While I can see that sig having no problems receiving those high bids, it still depends on a buyer who likes exactly what's in the sig. Most people don't like leftover sigs or uncustomized sigs because they can always have their own made, meaning second hand sigs are almost always worthless. I remember a sig I made for a supposedly 2 million gp had a full animation of a guy on top of a hill throwing an axe at the viewer, it took me a LONG time to make that sig but buyer disappeared. I ended up selling the spare sig for 200k I think to JonathanLee.

Well.. the bids I had.. the buyers ran off, or they just spend it on something because I was a day late with my reply :? I got a 500 k bid now, I think that'll be it :)
