What do you think about using the new prayers vs Karil when you use dds?

 

 

 

I think I'll test this soon.

 

 

 

I'll be testing: Protect from range only, Range protect + Chivalry, Protect + Piety, Chivalry on it's own and Piety on it's own.

 

 

 

See what works best and still leaves leftover prayer.

Can I get away with 61 mage and mystic top with 72 def? :? Because I don't really want to run 7k laws..... :ohnoes:

72 def is fine but I'd HIGHLY recommend raising your mage. 70 mage wouldn't take too long either.

anyway i have a good way of getting to barrows though it aint on the map,

 

it can be quite safe though you would lose 0/1/ food like you can with going under the pub

Great guide. I followed the normal monkfish setup except I use bandos chest with ahrim's bottom, dfire shield, and sharks instead of monks. For karil and verac I use bandos tassets instead of ahrim's bottom. I've been doing 3 runs per trip with no trouble, and I've had awesome luck so far. :P

 

 

 

Dharoks legs on my 3rd run, and ahrims robe and ahrims hood on my 14th and 15th run (same trip). :mrgreen:

I've been Barrowing with my Godsword recently for a twist. It's pretty fast, and relatively easy. :)

It's actually a great way to barrow. I have prayer for 5/6 brothers I kill them so fast. O_o

for the range stuff i dont see any other means but for karil xbow, msb or crystal. i heard that rune xbows with enchanted bolts work pretty well -.-

I tested rcbow and it was a LOT slower than k xbow.

Ppot usage depends a lot on your defense, prayer level and mage level.

 

 

 

If you get hit less, you'll have to pray less. Prayer will hold out for longer at higher levels, and high mage will help kill the brothers faster.

I started doing barrows yesterday since i got 50 con finally and this guide helped me alot, especially the monk and dart method, that rocks even thou i use 2 prayer pots since my prayer is only 48 :-k

i need some advice..i have been following your monkfish and darts method. And i cant do more than 1 run per trip.

 

 

 

My stats are:

 

def : 71

 

magic: 76

 

range: 79

 

prayer: 63

 

 

 

i get hit real bad by both karil and ahrim all the time. Thts why i save all my prayer for them and i will tunnel dharok even if he is not my tunnel brother.

 

 

 

The thing is, verac frequently hits me 10+..i usually uses 3 monkfish for him. and of my 15 trips, every time torag manages to land a 20+ on me. Only guthan is sometimes kind enough to spare me some damage. I usually uses 7 monkfish on the 3 brothers. And sometimes my prayer runs out when i am killing ahrim. so i need another 1-2 monkfish on him.

80 Defence 59 Prayer max of 15. I think It's because i prayer at every brother :oops:
