July 17, 200719 yr Anyone else having problems with the new trade system? All of a sudden I can't see what other people put up to trade. It was working fine but now I can only see my offer. July 17, 200719 yr Question: How does jagex fix the problem without putting rs offline for 30seconds? How do they update it live? I didn't know this possible, and if jagex did do this, isn't it risky if a major bug comes?
July 17, 200719 yr The trading system is not controlled by the client but server-side (to prevent cheating) so they just had to update the "trading code" on their server(s), only takes a few milliseconds I guess so you don't notice it. - Back to casual f2p scaping due to limited time (university and girlfriend ) -
