July 17, 200718 yr Yep, some guy I knew from RS, been friends for about a year and trusted him with all my pixels. We chatted on MSN everyday and had lots in common. I trusted him 100%. He persuaded me into letting him try on my green mask for his 90 mage pic. Finished the duel, and what does he do? Log. I did get it back, as he felt guilty. We continued our freindship without RS for a few months, and then he struck again, on another person, stealing 16mil worth of stuff (guthans, fury etc). It's funny, because his motto was friends > pixels. Well, you live and learn. Quit RS to play real games. :P Bye TIF, miss you.

July 17, 200718 yr yeah.... either way it was against the rules, so i can't pity you. this is just an example of the ignorance of most people with pures.... they don't even know what they're doing is against the rules. and i can't say that my best friend has ever scammed me, because: a. i'm poor and really don't have anything to lose. b.my friends are actually friends, not someone who would swipe me of all my stuff at the first chance they get.

July 17, 200718 yr well i had known the guy for about a year. i became friends with him playin cs, we both wer ein same clan, and i found out he played RS. we became sorta good friends. and then we started kind of a partnership of high alchin longs. he ended up robbing me of 1 mil. he said he was sorry and that he would pay me back somday. he doesnt play RS anymore.... he never paid me back

Doesn't look like you truly knew him then. Usually, when conversations shifts from Rs to real life, and your friend talks about who they are irl, it's a sign your friend is becoming closer. That's how it happens for me anyway.
