Sooo...if we get oil or something from under the ocean bed, the UN taxes it and sends the proceeds to developing countries?

...Sounds like foreign aid to me, which we're already doing enough of. Why is this even necessary?

Whatever though, big business can get taxed into the ground for all I care, as long as the people are not.

Hmm... and how does that work out?

TO ANYONE who is calling Cryztalwing a conspiracy theorist, sensationalist, radical, propaganda-ist, freedom lover, individualist or what-have-you. (And just when did alternative news become propaganda? whats their motivation to deceive?)

To help you better understand Cryztalwing's news articles and the real motives behind these political acts, I invite you to read the following documents.

A tenet of collectivism is that anything can be justified simply by claiming that it is for the greater good of the greater number. Therefore, whatever is going on, when it eventually is disclosed to the public, it will be explained as a wonderful humanitarian measure that is in the best interest of all mankind, and we will be expected to be tingly all over with gratitude for the wisdom and benevolence of those great leaders who initiated it.

Freedom Force is a global brotherhood of the most enlightened and dedicated people in the world. We are building an international network of leaders who, in spite of differences in nationality and culture, are in solidarity with the principles expressed in The Creed of Freedom.

From what I saw of that website, it seems to be a propaganda filled organization all about "re-instilling" the rights of the individual. I call it propaganda because of its "Unfilitered News" and "Creed of Freedom". 9 times out of 10, these kinds of things are propaganda-filled cream puffs to try and sway the masses with their yummy propaganda-licious filling.

Also, about the "good leaders" who would make themselves seem even better by instating this, they're the reason I would support a form of international law. We can't let the world leaders running around (being controlled by big business and secret agendas) without some form of restrictions on them. This can be seen as a step towards world government, but with only a Judiciary and a room full of people who make mandates, they still have a ways to go.

Also, a true world government would have to be forced (probably violently) on the people as even the "non-enlightened" masses would have a problem with it. On that note, a Totalitarian world government would be almost impossible to have exist/maintain unless we had the kind of situations described in books, such as Brave New World and 1984.

Already doing enough foreign aid? Are you smoking something?

In Soviet Russia, glass eats OTers.

Alansson Alansson, woo woo woo!

Pink owns yes, just like you!

GOOOOOOOOOO ALAN! WOO!

What the crap? Why should the UN control everything?? Stupid Illuminati....

Actually, since the United Nations is a governing body made up of representatives from many countries, they already, essentially, run the global government. Any countries belonging to the UN have to follow their guidelines, and they intervene in armed conflicts with the Security council. In a way, they already control everything.

As for you, cryztalwing, do you understand what LOST actually involves? any organizations wanting to use the oceans or their resources will be taxed for doing so, and the income goes to third world countries to aid them in becoming developed nations. It doesn;t seem like a such a bad idea, but of course some people absoultely abhor the thought of helping people in need of aid. maybe stop and digest what you read instead of automatically thinking "Tax? ZOMG TAXES!!! THEY CAN;T DO THAT! TAX=BAD!"

Hehe this and

So, a body controls all the sea materials and tax companys for taking them and give that tax to third world countrys to stop people dying.

Those bastards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

makes me laugh.

EDIT: But are true

O and btw those crazy UN people taxes us big bussinesses out of money! Oh n0ez! And they'll end up taking over the world just how the US secretly controls everything which their trillons of nuclear weapons aimed at every capital and only the leaders of the coutries know this, and Amela Airhart found this out and thats why she "disappeared" :P. On a lighter note, pudding.

As for the taxing thing that helps developing countries, I'm all for it, what's to oppose?

I don't have the time to refute the points you made, nor do I care to.:?

However, I feel Freedom Force International deserves more respect. Freedom Force International is certainly not a "propaganda filled organization". (That is, if you are using the word "propaganda" as: deliberately misleading, or using logical fallacies.[1]

But, if you define "propaganda" as: information that is spread for the purpose of promoting some cause[1], then I agree with your statement and so does the founder, although he would probably phrase it differently :P ).

It's not so bad of an idea. Like seriously the more countries that are stable, the more Canada will become friendlier. ^_^

...Sounds like foreign aid to me, which we're already doing enough of.

The ONLY statement against this whole thing that I agree with, and I'll explain.

I see alot of people sending money to help children in other countries. I have a problem with that. Why? you ask. Simple. We can't even make the effort to help people in our own neighborhood, why are we extending ourselves to help people on the other side of the world. Help the people here who NEED it. If the so-called big business people need money taken out of them by force, then do it HERE so we can help OUR homeless, OUR poor, OUR hungry. If that sounds greedy, it's not. I don't want the money for me, I want it for the guy who lost his house because he couldn't pay for it due to losing his job, forced onto the street begging, and can't get a job because he doesn't have the money needed to buy soap to wash himself. (not the drunk dude, by the way. if he is spending the money on booze instead of soap, it's his own fault) Or the abandoned child not found and forced to live out of trashcans. Those are the people that need it HERE in America. Pull it out of big business wallets by force, to help those who need it at home first. (and no, I'm not some ultra-conservative christian fanatic. Far from it.)

Other than the foreign aid thing, I see no problem with it.

Nope, I go with the first one. It's like everything of its class. It only presents benefits and says nothing of how it isn't the perfect thing to do/follow. It makes itself seem infallible, which I do consider deliberately misleading. I'm not blaming this organization as being the only one, as most others do the same, but I personally do not like the style in which this organization did it.

I'm ignorant because I think we're giving enough foreign aid?

Are you aware how much money flows out of our country and into others for no reason other than public relations and being nice? I'd like to say a metric ton, but that'd be far, far too light. You could probably build new WTC's with $100's out of all the money we send to places every year. We send $3 billion to Israel alone, who then uses it to...Bomb the [cabbage] out of Palestine. Granted, Israel is Jewish land, not Muslim's land, and Muslims are always trying to take it. So you could say Palestine has it coming, but to then turn around and say we're freedom fighters and Iran is supporting terrorism? What's the difference between Iran giving Al-Queda weapons and the USA giving Israel money/weapons? They're both using it to kill people.

I don't know the exact number, but that $3 billion to Israel alone could give America some stuff they need. Education? Health care? Anything? Israel doesn't need our money. If the Bible is true, God and God alone is enough to protect that country. I'm not religious, but the Bible says that country will never fall again until it is surrounded by enemies from all sides, and at that time, God himself will come and [cabbage]-kick everyone in their stupid faces. So why are we giving them money? Getting in God's favor? Pleeeease.

We're spending billions of dollars on people that despise us, too. I don't even need to give examples because everyone knows that crap.

You guys are just "we could always do more!" hippies. We CAN'T always do more. We're to the point where we are screwing with our kids futures by giving so much away. Schools suck, health care sucks, etc.

Personally, I feel we've given Isreal enough money by now and it's just causing us more problems (don't start a whole argument about it though). What you seem to see though is that this is international. It wouldn't be just the US, it'd be all those using the ocean's resources.

And I'm still failing to see why I should want to stop this. Because big business will pass the tax on to me, or what?

I have no idea. No one does. The author never came back to make an actual argument. I guess they assumed everyone would agree and rush off to action?
