Well, we can base the god wars on the large amounts of info and theories that players have collected.

 

 

 

1. Book by Nestor peregrine (top floor bookshelf of keldagrim bookstore). It describes how there is a route in trollheim that leads to a battle underground. However, when players looked at this route, tried it, and checked the world map, they found that there was a blank space where the book supposedly described. Obviously location of god wars.

 

 

 

2. The ad gives small details of what we'd need: rope, spade, armor, and beware of flying monsters [this was also described in the book]

 

 

 

3. The ad showed the player jumping underwater. Now, I don't know if you remember, but jagex said one or two months ago in Behind the scenes that they would create a better use for the brine sword, which has a spec that works good only underwater. In the tipitchat today some players were speculating that perhaps the brine sword can perhaps have a use in the underwater portion of the dungeon.

 

 

 

With info gathered and speculations, its possible we can learn a lot about the god wars dungeon just from our small hints.

Hazeel is a mahjarrat like myself; you might find it easier to think of him as a distant cousin of mine.

 

He once had a great deal of power in Ardougne, but was betrayed by their pitiful ruling council for breaking their small minded and pathetic laws.

 

 

 

The man responsible (an ancestor of the cringeworthy Ceril Carnillean) for his death was given his house and riches as reward, but he obviously didn't do a good enough job as Hazeel was merely wounded and placed an enchantment upon himself so that he might heal and return. the fact that Hazeel isn't the sharpest arrow in the quiver, meant that he forgot to take care of the scroll needed to revive him, and had to rely on his loyal followers to complete his spell for him.

 

 

 

Hazeel is now quite alright, and currently running a little errand for me in an undiclosed location. I would tell you more as you seem to have your head screwed on right about who the best deity is around here (me!), but I know those stupid Saradominists sometimes try and spy on my motives through these letters, so I'm not giving too much away. If you helped him out, you already know where he is; if you chose to work against me, then you get no help on this matter from me.

 

Perhaps you may meet him again, perhaps you may not; it really depends on how successful he is in his mission for me, I suppose. He has let me down before, so I would say he has a fifty-fifty chance of blowing things (and himself up) on his mission.

Not to mention he was saying he was going into the northwest and thats where evryone suspects the god wars dungeon's gonna b

for some reason i myself just hate change, and i am a f2per hoping to get members soon, so the hecticness of this won't really hlep, but i am glad this looks cool and i wanna see the new items coming out :D

I for one think that this dungeon's gonna cover more than the black square, however, I think that kudos island has a safe passage or a lever to the godwars dungeon and sapphire mound is the passage to the dungeon from wildy (or it has a lever again?), and the more I think of it, the more I thought that we might get another method of going in: from the troll area; why? well, the Nestor had found an agility shortcut that could be used by humans with high (very high if dwarves have problems too...) level needed, then you find your self in the "valley" that I was thinking of and thats where you find yourself when you get out of the passages/teleport with the levers and after using the shortcut. Then you meet whatever beasts you find there.

yeah we came up with a lot of theories from the book written by the famous dwarven explorer nestor peregrine.

 

 

 

someone came up with a theirie that this could be related to the eagels peak quest.is it just a coincidnce that theirs a mountain of eagles you can fly on near trollweiss and that nestor peregrine-peregrine falcon(a type of bird)

 

maybe we have to pilot on of those to get past taht ice cliff we cant get past.

 

 

 

some very persistant tipiters covered all thebases regarding what was said in the book.the poison waste in the elven lands was also mentioned,but taht may have something to do with a miniquest or someting else....

jagex doesnt put such boooks and information for no apparent reason.if it wasnt for one person who took interest in a book in a library virtually deserted then we would have never known all this information about what could be inside.

More proof that hazeel wil be near the god wars dungeon.

If the player sides with the Cult of Hazeel and listens to him, he says something similar to "I must go and make preparations with my fellow Mahjarrat on Ice Mountain."

 

Therefore, isnt the god wars dungeon supposed to be on ice mountain? Hazeel COULD be a boss :-k ?

Everyone talking about Hazeel made me remember another similar quest. What about Temple of Ikov? You choose good(you kill Lucien or evil(you bring Lucien the staff). Could your choice influence what happens in the dungeon?

Update tomorrow, after all this wait i think jagex will do something big.

I think the update will be 1 day later than usual, as UK has a bank holiday on Monday.

 

 

 

Soo sometime in the next 48 hours, we might just have hoardes of players scrambling into the big hole in the ground - just hope they have to go through high level wildy to get there :P

I havent read all 13 pages, but it really helps if you view it without the frame...
