I can't be bothered hunting out and quoting people so I'll write my responses here to whoever.

 

 

 

Dragonkin are the first age, because Robert the Strong is apparently from the first age, and it was he who nearly wiped them out of existence. - source is A Tail of Two Cats, however I thought I used to think it was the 4th age.

 

 

 

There has been a reference to the Elder Dragons, I *think* it was in a letter, but I honestly cannot remember where exactly. But it was a time before Dragonkin.

 

 

 

It was said that Dragonkin could not reproduce. I forget where, but it's also on the runewiki which for legends and random tidbits is pretty much always spot on. I speculated myself that they created Wyrms and Wyverns and that those began to create the dragons of today.

 

 

 

Yes dragons are fictional, but there's never been Dragons with arms, but it's besides the point, I was just suggesting that it's more likely a Demon rather than a dragon.

 

 

 

And after looking at pictures of Wyrms, I guess it could either be a Wyrm or a Demon.

Don't be anticipating wyverns, if anything, they would have come out before dragons beacuse:

 

 

 

Wyvern=Dragon - 2 legs =weaker

I see what you mean, and with so many possible creatures, i forgot about my favourite :oops: . Greater demons are possible, but I don't believe zamorak will be there. I also wonder of the aviantese would have protect from melee since they fly :-k .

Gaalsien notched another bolt as he prepared for the beast's next attack. It had been a long time since he'd had the misfortune to come across a greater demon, but he was determined not to be found wanting.

 

 

 

With flames bursting from the ground where its hooves struck the splitting earth, the demon was bellowing its rage into the air as it charged. The bolt struck it in the shoulder. Gaalsien had time to consider that such a shot might have slowed a human or a dwarf, but that demons do not obey the rules of this world.

 

 

 

Before the beast reached him he had fitted another bolt - tipped with a glowing gemstone - and raised the crossbow towards the abomination. Down the length of the crossbow's stock he looked into the vast darkness within the demon's eyes. There was an emptiness there, and it was into that emptiness that he fired, knowing that this shot - flawlessly aimed and prepared - would unleash the spell dormant in the gem.

 

 

 

The demon stopped its charge, faltered as the spell tore its unholy life from it, and dissolved into ash.

To me, you are getting too, excited, i think that is the special of a type of bolt, could just be a normal greater demon in a normal training spot with greaters, but with a dwarf(not human) x-bowman

It IS a random story Jagex made up and has been out ever since enchanted bolts came along.

So has anyone considered the point that maby that isn't the "boss" of the dungeon, just simply a step toward the next part of the dungeon which could involve fighting demons and dragons?

 

 

 

I would say that more then likely it is the final monster, because Jagex likes to tease us, but there is the possibility that it's not, unless I am missing something.

the horns are coming out of the side of the forehead and the top of the forehead, and the [bleep]es in the middle are his spine.

 

 

 

 

also, this is my educated theory that KUDOS ISLAND is the location for the godwars minigame.

 

 

 

proof that the godwars took place here (which is in the wilderness, ill get to that later)

 

 

 

 

and then, proof that the godwars minigame will take place near the ice plateau:

 

 

 

 

and now (youll have to follow me on this one) this is my no-proof theory that kudos island is the godwars location. what do i mean by following? well i couldnt get the entire world map on here....so try and open a world map and follow me.

 

starting from the digsite canal:

 

go south to the big ocean, then go east a bit then north around the outside of hallowvale (all black there but yet could be a river there) then we come to another big ocean. go northwest then west around the north part of the wilderness, past the agile arena, finally leading to....

IN A NUTSHELL (for those that just skipped the entire thing and looked at the pictures)

 

1: the godwars was proven to take place in what is now called the wilderness

 

2: the august BTS states that the occupants were "thawed out" in the wilderness, giving them new life...which proves that they would have to be frozen in ice, aka ice plateau!

 

3: the knowledge base itself states that the godwars had taken place upon kudos island before, with unknown species (from the godwars time, when they were totally wiped out)

 

THE ANSWER:

 

Kudos island has monsters from the godwars with new species on it, almost completely proving that it would have to be in the wilderness. now, that would mean that it would have to be near somewhere with ice, due to the BTS. now.....whats that square for, you think?? HMMM..... :-$ :

 

 

 

 

 

Now, here is my rendition of Kudos Island, its crappy i know :XD: :

 

(the black spot in there is where u drop the rope into in the ad)

The tectonic movements have only been recent and Kudo's Island is meant to be somewhere north of Morytania. So I doubt it broke away from the frozen wasteland, moved a little bit north, and then moved all the way across to the east. That would take quite a few years...like...a million.

Since other people posted their theories on where it is, ill post mine.

 

 

 

:idea: The Kudos Island, not sure, but I heard somewhere That it's north of Morytania (I heard that a museum NPC tells you that :-$ ). Anyways, if it is right, and it actually had long dead creatures, it could've beeen a war zone to capture the fortress of Kharyrll(sp?). At the same time, a war was going on to capture Ghorrock and the surrounding area, then, the "icing" came along, hence freezing the areas; but it was too late for the kudos war.

 

 

 

Then, a movement in the Gielinor Planet Produced Fissures That allowed passages to The dungeon (which is in the ice plateau) to the wilderness and Kudos Isle. In the Kudos one, High leveled players get a safe passage to the dungeon, the only other way is through the wilderness (possibly the black sqaure has three sides too sheer cliffs and the other side is facing the wilderness, but it's passable?). O and the passage, some creature started migrating to the Isle, hence making it more dangerous (probably wounded men and creatures on the Kharyrll side?) :idea:
