When it was released, it caused many people to leave. I was one of them, and I eventually left because it bugged me. We are stuck with it, but I returned when they sent the recent survey regarding this issue. I hope they change because of the survey, but I doubt they will.

Sucks though as there were still some good guides on there written by passionate people.

I'm replying to "Critique of Pure Efficiency" In the past, before 2010 I was more into "pure efficiency", but I quit for a while and realised that the only way to stay interested in the game and actually like it was to start using the "practical efficiency" method as you call it, now I never do a skill that I don't want to do, and I also don't do anything on rs that I don't want to do. I stop playing if I feel that I want to do something else as well. That keeps runescape fun for me.

I'm playing it now, But i might end up ditching it if it ends up taking away too much of my time. I try to limit the games that i play.

167 days and 10 hours And my xp per hour is 28,067.

I play this game because i have commitments, Some related to my faction but most aren't. Although i do have fun when there are people in my clan's chat to talk up a storm with, So i guess i just play for the community. Both articles were great. :)

Well i just stood on a bridge and ranged the demon when i was lower than level 95. Super easy quest once you get past the impossible puzzle.

There are in fact girls on runescape, Just far less than males. In fact to give you an example, In my clan i believe we have 2 females out of 36 members which both of which i can assure you are girls, We've talked on vent and i've seen both of their pictures. Even though they are few in numbers compared to males there are females on the interwebz. :

I played the trial of wow, and i have found that the servers aren't up 99% of the time, more like 70% of the time which is a bad idea when you want me to like your game. I want to play when i want and where i want which comes to the accessibility of rs, you can play it almost anywhere with a computer. I've also played everquest, eve online, flyff and many other mmorpgs and i've always gone back to runescape, Its like the earth(other mmorpg) trying to pull the sun(runescape) in its impossible.

I would recover slowly, maybe cry a little bit :cry:

I started in or around july of 2004, i stopped playing from around feb 2005 to jan 2007. Now i haven't really stopped since then :lol: Sad to say the first holiday set i got was the chicken suit : :wall: "i remember the old world select page... where it was in seperate colums by region. they showed actual cities the servers where in" I remember that!, not sure when it was.

The only time i am afraid of dying is when i see an ancient, as i'm mainly melee combat based and i hardly ever tank range.

Back in july of 04 i joined runescape and a few weeks later i met a god buddy, Saved him from the ice cavern south of remmy, Well he has since moved on but i still have all my first rs memories with him burning fires on the top floor of the lumby castle was one of my favorites ^.^ More recent'ish was when my clan was at clws just in a line doing the snowman dance. Hmm my clan will never be number one. we are a small community we will stay that way for long time.

I doubt i would ever play it. I might play on my noob every once and a while and just chat with my clan mates maybe stay in my clan, they would probably let me stay if i was still active on the forums ;)

when you ask for it to update your xp by entering your name it does not work. gives an error saying that it can't find some of your stats.

I wear my black cav a glory and my fishing cape when i'm just running around, unless i need to be light if that is the case i just throw on my spotted cape and boots of lightness :) Oh and while doing things with combat i wear bando's tasset, bandos plate, d boots, str or salve ammy, helm of neitiz with fowl strike scrolls, whip, dfs, fishing cape, barrows or regin brace and berzerker ring.

3000+ hours hmm but i don't regret any of it... I would be playing some other game and wasting my life on it.
