If you could see your total play time, would you? What do you think the number would be? What would you have spent doing most?

 

 

 

I wouldn't want to see mine, myself... But my playtime would be at least 1500+ hours. Wait, I thought about it... Probably more than that... I'm not even going to estimate, I'm too scared!

I suspect my hours would be very high but it is just free time spent so why worry over it? It could be spent watching tv, hanging out with friends or any number of other pass time but it was spent in Runescape. There is no harm in that. :)

Remember in the news updates they'd tell us some of the accounts they banned?

 

 

 

They'd tell us the total level + amount of hours plated.

Mine would be well over 5000 now, I've been playing for over 4 years now I think.

Man lol my account was made in February 2002...it would surely be around 10K hours total...as for what it would be in for the majority of that time I would guess either mining or combat training.

That'd be depressing. But maybe I'd be so bad, I'd finally quit.

Yea - I'd be around the 5k mark too I guess. 4 years x 45 weeks x 7 days x 4 hrs per day = 5040 hrs.

 

 

 

I'd like to know for sure what the total time is, and compare to others with total times and achievements within it. It would be good to race to goals within a certain amount of playing time.

All I know is that mine would be depressingly high. It's probably a good thing that Jagex doesn't let us see, or else many disgruntled high levels would quit in exasperation after seeing how much time they had wasted on the game.

It would be too depressing to look like others have said lol :P

Why is it that you guys would find a high amount of hours depressing? As I previously mentioned, non gamers may spend the same amount of time on the tv, or some other hobby. What is the difference? :-k

They do keep track somehow. Back during the mass bannings they said that a player with a total lvl of 1500 had played like a few hundred days. Ill try to find it.

True, though I think there is much too learn from Runescape such as social aspects of life, and cultures through becoming friends with people originating in other countries. I suppose if you play Runescape as a solo game it would be depressing to look back but I play it as a social game and am active in chatting etc. I find that my time spent on Runescape has been very rewarding and I would not trade it for anything.

 

 

 

PS I have probably logged in half a year or so. No regrets. :)

i dont think it should be put up because everyone needs privacy and it will only spark ppl calling eachother nolifers.

I say they should make it available but only for the player themself to see and no one else.
