Umega
I've never tried "Manage Thy Kingdom" because of the initial costs and getting favour up by collecting resources (they don't give out exp). But the rewards do look very good. So I might try it out soon with 5m, I also have some questions: 1. Which resources are worth putting workers in? 2. What will happen to the workers if all my money in the coffers is gone? 3. What will happen if I don't help out my workers to gain favour? Would I be losing money if favour goes down? 4. Is it recommended to put more money in than 5m? No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
wioneo
1. 100% coal covers the entire daily cost, 50% in whatever you want. 2. It shouldn't be...but I geuss they won't do any work. 3. Your popularity goes down 1% daily, one mined coal will fix that. Yes you will start losing money around maybe 45%, but that'd only happen if you completely ignored it for 2 months. 4. If you want to. The maxthat is subtracted is 75k, so anything more than 750k is just so you can leave it alone without much effort. 5 mil seems like overkill to me. Umega
Ok thanks. Some more questiosn then. :P 1. Is 75k the max they take a day? 2. Will my coffers eventually run out of money? 3. So, just one resource collected for favour will make my favour go up by 1%? No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
mpg321
1. Yes 75k is the max. 2. I think so, so you always wont to keep topped up. 3. For some resources collecting one single item will raise ur favour by 1%, just to check try mining another 1 if it says your favour is already 100% then there is no need to try. Blog to all 99's! Look here to find out how im doing it

Malhavok
This is VERY IMPORTANT and few people know it or realise it, but you only have to earn your favor ON THE DAY you go collect your items ! ! ! You DO NOT have to go EVERY day and do chores to gain favor. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !
Bashful
i guess doing tasks that give more xp will raise your approval faster.. like when cutting maples, teak or mahogany.. mahogany raises it faster.

Wow, so could I leave it for months then come back and get my favour up 100% from 25%, and I would still have the same amount of items as if I were getting favour up everyday? Your resources get added up every day at the time that you finished the first quest (mine's around 2 AM :wall: ), and sometimmes I go and mine a coal at 1:59 and fill up the coffers(I use 800K because there's a weird glitch with my account...) to get the maximum profit. Ifyou don't get that coal/maple/teak/mahogany/fish/weed harvested, 1%( or however much under 100 you are) of that day's 75k will be completely wasted. Some people don't care about that though, and just go back once a week, but I'm poor and this will be my main source of income for a few days(until I get 1.6 mil) so I check it everyday. Platinum_Myr
This is VERY IMPORTANT and few people know it or realise it, but you only have to earn your favor ON THE DAY you go collect your items ! ! ! You DO NOT have to go EVERY day and do chores to gain favor. I'm sorry but that is incorrect. Resources are only collected on the day you take them, so if you start with 10 flax and 5 maple, then switch to 10 maple and 5 flax, before collecting, it will give you only stuff as if you had always had it on 10 maple and 5 flax However, the favor compounds daily, so every day, it subtracts 75k, and then adds (favor*75k) to a "work" payment. When you take out resources, it takes your work payment, and divides it up into resources based on the internal "price" of that resource. So for one day, with 100% favor, you will get exactly the same things. It's not random. Usually, you won't lose much if you check every 3-4 days, or so. It's not that hard really, and if you lose 2% resources, big deal...
