I personally go and kill them things that drop them obby shields with prayer, when I run out, I go to fight caves and go at it. No food necessary, just a waste. I die, get some tokkul with health and prayer back up and go back at it. Keep it up! A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.
