Except Greaters in Ogre Enclave (I hate Clues) and Caged Ogres (To many idiots and normaly full).

This is kind of a newb answer, but while you wait for better - I shoot bronze arrows at the hobgoblins near the crafting guild. There's never anybody there and there are enough hobgoblins to keep the arrows flying.

if you can afford a cannon or want to spend some money on c balls (unless you make your own) you can take it to the dags in the lighthouse or rock crabs. the exp there is awesome. i personally used and loved the caged ogres. and also, i think the greaters in the ogre enclave are good and not wanting to do clues is a very poor excuse for going there, though it is your call. clues are good money and if you dont want to do it, leave it on the ground. good luck ranging

It's considerably harder to steal your crabs when you use a cannon :D

pest control attack the lower levels tho. so you can hit more + you get free exp for points

blue drags just bring runes for wind strike so u can catch the dragon first

i personally like bloodvelds. But they diont drop much, and you need a slayer lvl of 50.
