September 27, 200718 yr The Reign of the mighty dollar is at an end. I've heard it has alot to do with housing and mortgage issues. It's a big deal in California and the housing industry is what has been a major job source since the war started. Just an average player with a horrible name...
September 27, 200718 yr Someone has proposed another 190 Billion to fund the war. Seriously.. I say if you really want to win this war, unlock the political bondages you put on your troops and let them get at it. It will be ended in less than a month. But noooooooo..... If you love me, send me a PM. 8 - Love me2 - Hate me

I say if you really want to win this war, unlock the political bondages you put on your troops and let them get at it. It will be ended in less than a month. But noooooooo..... How exactly would that work? When our troops were fighting insurgents, they was not allowed to use gernades, also they could not call in any types of airstrikes or heavy armor. Thats basically tieing a soldiers 1 hand behind is back, hand him a pistol and say "Go get em!". Were not using 100% of our force, were just playing ring around Iraqi. Bush keeps pushing to fund this war, but he is never pushing to end the war, and why waste 190 Billion when most of the American people want to pull out is beyond me. I honestly think this is a war that cannot be won simpley due to the fact its more of a political campaign to most than a actually war. Kinda sad IMO. If you love me, send me a PM. 8 - Love me2 - Hate me

Oddly, creating a stable democracy that is willing to cooperate as opposed to a fundamentalist regime that hates your [wagon] means you want to avoid indiscriminate killings. Weird, I know. -This message was deviously brought to you by:

Yeah, then we'd have to change the name of the operation to Operation Kill Every Damn Iraqi You See. Trix.--quit WoW as of 12/07Thank you 4be2jue for the wonderful sig and avatar!
September 27, 200718 yr It's almost ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã2 to a dollar now if I remember right :D Errrr... or $2 to the pound =) because shopping in the US for a brit is silly cheap, thanks to above mentioned war.
September 27, 200718 yr Ok, since I seem to have sparked a separate discussion on the war in Iraq with my initial postings, I might as well give my solution for the war, which also happens to supply the American government with a massive wad of cash. 1) Withdraw all army personnel and equipment from the area, except for one aircraft carrier. That's all you need. Fill that aircraft carrier with crop-dusting planes. 2) Fill the planes with LSD, and dust any conflict zone with it non stop for a week or two. 3) Calmly talk it out. After two weeks straight on LSD, you'll notice some radical shifts in the convictions of even the most radical fundamentalists. 4) Invest all the money saved in restabalizing the economy. As weird as this may sound, LSD is one of the most efficient chemical weapons you could use. Anyone hit by a good blast is incapacitated for at least an hour, without killing them or damaging the infrastructure. It's pretty damn hard to put together a roadside bomb or operate an artillery battery when you're simultaneously discussing the finer points of Marxism with Papa Smurf. Ha, you should send that to your (a) senator. Seriously, we cant withdraw lest the area falls into chaos and civil war. It's our fault. Ha, you should send that to your (a) senator. Seriously, we cant withdraw lest the area falls into chaos and civil war. It's our fault. Agreed. You have two options: a) Stay in Iraq permanently to try and head off the sectarian violence. And it would be a permanent solution since as the reason they're fighting in the first place is because of your presence. B) Pull out of Iraq, and allow whatever happens to happen. If that involves Iraq falling into a civil war and/or revolution, then that's what happens. TBH, in the long-term, allowing Iraq to undergo such a process might actually solve things in the long-run. Although I do agree spending money on a war which is against the opinion of the majority of people in your own country just strike me as political suicide and makes for little sense, I don't agree with the comment about losing political bondages will result in the war being over in a quick fix. | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |
