I think that people already logged in will stay in, but you can't log in if you're not already logged in, which would really be the only case in which you could ever log in due to the fact that logging in while already logged in would be redundant, and also impossible.

i suggest just not playing right now, the worlds are basically all full, and they are extremely laggy
