SedrikI
Well come to my guide that will show you how to train on yaks. 1.Requirements Yak can be killed in any method so i would suggest 40 atk and str, 40 range and 35 mage. Also you have to at least started Fremennik isles quest. 2.What is Yak? Yak is related to cow (it makes moo noise) It has 50 hp thats same amount as rock crabs. They drop hair (which can be made into rope) yak hide (can be made into yak hide armour) and raw yak meat (heals 3 hp when cooked) Yaks got fairly low defence, idont know what is its max hit but with full rune i havend used a single lobster within 3 hours. The best spell for it will be fire bolt with chaos gauntlets if you cant afford that basic fire strike will do the job too.For arrows i would suggest bronze or iron, these creatures are weak so using better arrows that iron is not a need however to speed up your training you might want to use steel arrows 3.What should i wear? I not gonna put picture of stuff that you need to take, just take your best equipment as the monster isnt powerful. 4.How should i kill it? The best spell for it will be fire bolt with chaos gauntlets if you cant afford that basic fire strike will do the job too.For arrows i would suggest bronze or iron, these creatures are weak so using better arrows that iron is not a need however to speed up your training you might want to use steel arrows. If you are just meeling it then you know what to do, just kill it \ 5.How do i get there? There is bank on island so u can restock with food. 6.Is there any safespots? Yes, just mage or range it through barrier The end  plz rate
pokexpert
Umm it's a okay guide. I'll give 6/10. You can add which spell or arrow to use. Does it have a high defence? It's max hit? etc.

Soulthresher
I couldn't see anyone actually training there as experiments have higher hp and an easier quest requirement.
SedrikI
Soulthresher - experiments are mostly crowded and quite far away from bank pokexpert - check out the update

duckduck2003
Yeeeeeeeeeah.... I wrote a yak guide for runehq. I only just got my tip.it account back. Maybe i'll post mine. It's better. Mage isn't really an option because frankly the exp isnt that good per hour.
benar
I like the concept, but a usefull bit of info would include why people should train on yaks, as opposed to other monsters. Including exp/per hour would be a plus.
reaper666
thanks now everyone that can try and do quest is goign to and its going to be crowded
Theoknight2
oh be quiet. People have known about yaks as good training since the quest was released. Even then its not uber crowded. Stop flaming and gtfo.
Owned_Nex
Trye, yaks are like rock crabs, but one major diff: No way to afk. They pwn exp, and are very penned up in a yak pen. BTW, D hally pwns them, I cna usually 1 hit them with spec Dungeoneering isn't a skill. I'm faster than bots at Sorceress Garden. PM me if you want to chat. My PM is always off. My keyboard is on fire. Want some?
