There should be a solution for this!!! And in my eyes.. this is it: If you type sentences with a minimum of lets say 55 (need suggestions for this amount) letters and all stuff spaces and shift+... In 7 seconds or something like that and that 2 times.. so if i say this: I am totally l33t p33nage omfg roflmao hax0r lolar omfg selling 1337 stuff. And i say something of 55+ letters spaces etc 7 sec after that sentence.. You will be muted for 90 sec I hope ya guys can understand cause im dutch so my english isnt like wow... RSBDavid Posted September 20, 2007 Share Posted September 20, 2007 i dont really find autotalkers that annoying.. it makes selling things much easier(i dont use becasue i have 70+ wpm typing speed). someone people have good typing speeds but if you see somone saying white:shake:buying all minds/nats/laws/deaths/aris/fires ect ---fd gkfdng then that is annoying. agira Posted September 21, 2007 Share Posted September 21, 2007 You maybye not prevent autotalker but you can prevent flooding, we just need something like you can write 3 messages in 12 seconds and if you write more then you can't write in something like 20 seconds. New things is long time forgeted old things, like IRC flood protections & etc... just need implement it in the client.. But I don't think they should be illegal in market areas like such, sure it might be macroing, but it doesn't necessarily hurt gameplay, it just saves you from carpal tunnel.
