Okay so I'm training up my defence, I want 99 some time but for now I want 80+.

Where would be the most effective place to train, it would be best if I don't get hit much because I cba spending cash on food.

I'd say ranging your slayer tasks, but You PROBABLY don't like it seeing your level. You could always longrange monsters, or just whip them, Expereimenets are another option but mite be a little boring.

Ummm slayer casue ull never get bored of the monsyers :D thell keep changing so ull be able to kill a variety of them and have decent drops.

Range, Prayer, Mage, Slayer and Farming are the skills I really hate seeing as how I don't really do them.

Yaks? Fremy trials and get in, they are experiments for non-pures. :)

The monkey Guards at Ape Atoll are pretty good if you don't want to use food.

 

 

 

Just maybe swap the legs for something with a prayer bonus and you will be good to go.

str ammy gives for str bonus than a fury, but fury gives betetr attack def and prayer. It dpends on youre preferences.

As alot of people said Slayer is your best choice.

 

 

 

But I'm going to have to say that your mage/range levels need to be atleast 70 too.

IMO, training is repetitive and boring. Buy a Black Mask and do Slayer Tasks. Extremely fast experience, great drops, and very interesting. What could possibly be better than training combat stats faster than usual because of the Black Mask WHILE TRAINING ANOTHER STAT!!!

How about this, i'll expand on the above posters comments. Kill Cave Horrors until you get a maks, you'll get decent exp there, then go do slayer. Just to kind of give you a plan to follow

Lvl 25 experiments give 400xp each. They are excellent, or you can train on lvl 99 Giant Frogs, as Lordtunkuta gave the link, here it is again;
