One tip from my slaying experiences is to use a zammy book for the added range bonus (and since if you use the other safe spot you will hardly ever get hit by dragon fire). Another thing is I think those are Sapphire enchanted bolts? They may look cool buy the spec does nothing to npcs, just drains prayer on players. Thats just my suggestions. Oh and also, a good way to save emerald bolts is to use them on the dragon until it gets poisoned and then switch back to regular bolts or whatever other ones you are using.
