Depend on your level, Guthan is high def and heal but you have to stick on monsters you can own ! Fire giants, Demons (all sort of), Giant Squeletons, kalphytes, dagganothes.... I have seen you posting so much about abby demons and such, why not get 85 slayer and try it yourself.
