To some, you're a noob because your defense isn't high enough, to others, you're a noob because it is too high. Just do your thing, enjoy the game, and add people who bother you to your ignore list. In my opinion, anybody who actually calls someone a noob in Runescape is the biggest noob of them all. This guys just simply called me a noob for walking and walked away. On my lvl 20 pure-in-the-making though... I remember I was killing cows when these two guys started talking about types of pures. One of them called me a noob for saying a hybrid is an character with two combat styles with which they are fighting.
