I think this is a pretty cool way to train Range since you need to kill 40 Aviensie and they drop so many Addy Bars. Plus, you get a shot at the big time(130m+ Armadyl Hilt). I have enough Pure Ess banked to get 91 RC. I also intend to sell my Green and Blue Masks in about a week for the high halloween prices.
