October 27, 200718 yr I'm with zelda on this one, mostly because I've attempted this before, and it didn't turn out very well . Even at 91 Range, it took FOREVER to take down an Iron Dragon with those bolts :x ^ Refresh for a new signature ^

October 27, 200718 yr Killing iron dragons is ALL about how quick you can kill them, to get the max ammount per your anti fire pots. Bone bolts are good because they are cheap, but they cost you MANY anti fire pots if you use them over say mith bolts, which takes their cost benefit away. I've been experimenting on irons and recommend mith or addy arrows. If you have enchanted bolts use them on MITH dragons or anything else stronger eg KQ or something. You can try rune bolts, but it's highly likely you'll be losing money, and it's not really worth risking the lose alot of money or get a dragon drop when you compared to mith/addy prices. Remember to bring accumalators too, because sadly enough now that it's so much more popular down there I've seen a decent ammount of arrow stealing which can cost you in the long run. October 27, 200718 yr Even though i am F2P, I read a guide on Avianse's from God War Dungeon. The player that made the guide used bones bolts, so you might use them on those.
