Or MAYBE it's that each human has different perception of things and therefore each defines what the topic is and what is relevant differently so that a topic cannot truly be defined and beyond the extremes of flaming and leaving a subject that doesn't remotely relate to rs it cannot be off-topic to everyone at once. I am thinking that there will be a specific building that will allow players to offer high levelled skill abilities. There may be special anvils and magec chisels and knifes maybe. I dont know, seems like a hard thing to produce. Good luck jagex To me sounds like something tht will reflect they recent lunar quest. eg you do an "assist trade" You offer up uncut gems, they enter a special inventory whihc opens up in an interface to the other player. They can then cut them with a chisel. After 1 action is done to an item it would leaved the leave the special invetory cutting off their access to it.
