I was training at ice giants since I'm about to lvl up my hp. suddenly it dropped a black kiteshield...and I'm wearing my crystal shield before that...I suddenly clicked the kiteshield..and yeah, there goes my crystal..

 

Should I keep my crystal shield in my inventory or...throw?

don't throw it may be bad in inventory but it's worth to keep

It is 100% worth keeping really. You can bank it if you have enough space and once you get members again, you can continue to use it. Remember the seed is worth like 150-200k.

I would say keep. Worth a littel more than a space for a hammer that can always be bought form general store. :P you may want to go p2p for 1 month and set your bank up using that quitting mem bank guide. :P

It was equipped on me when I quit 2 1/2 years ago..I was fishing before I decided to train...got 150k fishing exp then got bored -.-

Fyi, contrary to popular belief, member's items do not affect your bonuses in free worlds. Therefore, you are better off wielding the black shield as your crystal shield is useless in non-members.

if you have a decent amount of money like+ 10 mil and/or plan on staying f2p for an extend amount of time drop it

Id say keep if you have enough inv and bankspace, but you can just drop if not...

might as well keep it.

yeah I did actually and got 4 more black kiteshields after I equipped one. -.-

Back when I was in F2P I dropped all my members stuff except my bird egg, now I regret it every day. It is your call but if you enjoy playing you will probably find yourself in P2P again :thumbsup:
