I HAVE NO IDEA IF IT HAS OR HASN'T!!!. However, on the zybez forums I read that a jagex co-worker accidently installed something that didn't suppose to be their. Apparently it contained a keylogger so jagex had to shut down the login system. All accounts were temporary locked for security too. Because it is sunday and it is ear early morning in the UK that is why there was a delay.
