After searching for Runescape Summoning on YouTube, I came across a vid with the previously leaked pictures in it and a link to a bunch of them on Edgeville.net, so I clicked..

Through this website, although most of them are old leaks, I have found a few new ones.

Some new birds mixed in there. The second-to-bottom middle one goes against all we've seen from the Second Wallpaper so far.. Unless it's not a Cockatrice-able Bird.

those are amazing mechana.

here's my take on it.

[hide]the grey "scrolls" are like "unid herbs" cant use unless you have the level. the coloured "scrolls" are "ided" that or you have all the needed "stuff" to summon it. the scrolls are drops.

the "bags" are like many "mort myre pouches" meaning the individual scrolls are likely stackable in your inventory and in your bank (all of course stackable in bank; but also while in the "pouches").

the "pouches" can be bought from a store i believe. of course they're empty when bought. but light up when filled with a scroll to indicate not empty.

you must use the scroll with the pouch in order to summon it; so it's ready to be cast like a "teletablet" but just uses up 1 scroll or the scroll. that or its just storage for the scroll or like "a vial" for preparation.

only lights up when you have all the required items to "cast".

the 1's with blue colouring on the "bag" are what i think are the extremely rare 1's. i could be wrong but that's what i think. that or they're the extremely common 1's which is less likely. or maybe quest related. the items are the same; i mean the only difference between the litup 1's and the grey 1's are that they're "activated" when lit up. or ready to be "activated". or in the case of the pouches (full) versus empty. its possible they're like "potions" where all the ingredients need to be applied and the lvls required for it to be "ready".

1 of them looks like a giant mosquito. some very strange stuff but very interesting. i think we could use more bankspace after its release. these are just some of my observations. the things on this thread show just how much time has gone into this skill. it's quite impressive and seems to be a very good skill which is complex and extensive. very cool. 8-) getting ready for summoning's release. :D [/hide]

Actually, I was thinking that the Tablets are like Prayer Icons, as in you turn them on and off to summon and unsummon a certain monster, once you Learn the ability to summon it from a trainer by giving him the items needed (and maybe a bit of GP)

Sorry to burst your bubble, but all of those have corresponding Monsters.. The Scorpion Tail is actually the symbol for a Scorpion Summon, and if the Claw you're talking about looks like a Lobster's, that's the Dreadlobster.

I'll make a conclusive list of the Summoning Monsters, possible Uses, Tablet, and other random info.

Expect a HUGE post from me soon. (With multiple Spoilertags, of course. I hate when everyone makes HUGE posts without using Spoilertags to break it up.)

The summoning quest could possibly be at kudos isle(yet to be released though,There's a boat being built above the digsite). It would bring further requirements to begin summoning, And that would be good, no summoning pures \ and no low lvl's runnig around asking for help about summoning \ !

Actually, the whole point they made the quest is so that Low-levels can understand the skill.

Kudos island is probably for Archaeology or another Summoning Quest, JagEx wouldn't let a Combat Style have such huge requirements.

(Although I do have enough to get to Kudos isle, I don't want such a little amount of people using Summoning)

I still don't get why everyone is saying that Archeology is a 100% skill... if I recall, JaGeX has said nothing about it, and it was just a suggestion in this forum? (if I'm wrong, please direct me to something on the main site)

ON TOPIC: TBH, i'm more interested in how the skill WORKS... how we train it, what the different creatures do, ect. I'd rather read a KB article than look at extracted models. :P

The Praying Mantis probally is (4,7) not (3,7), the vulture probally needs a vulture egg to be summoned, and the raven probally needs a raven's egg to be summoned. The eggs were announced on tip.it on 12/23/07.

The Praying Mantis probally is (4,7) not (3,7), the vulture probally needs a vulture egg to be summoned, and the raven probally needs a raven's egg to be summoned. The eggs were announced on tip.it on 12/23/07.

Hey, I just noticed something.

The red cockatrice can be a dragon cockatrice,

the bald one can be a vulture cockatrice,

the black one can be a raven cockatrice,

the green/yellow one can be a parrot cockatrice,

the black/white one can be a penguin cockatrice,

the turquoise (sp?) / red one can be a normal cockatrice,

I dont know if its been mentioned but if you walk up to the petshops walls u cant see inside but you can right click and examine the items inside. Theres a pen that when examined says "keeps the puppys out of trouble" and an incubator that incubates eggs:)
