No, Quest Cape doesn't count as a 99 skill cape so it won't trim others or be trimmed.

I can prove he/she's not real considering no one has any evidence at all other then word of mouth that Jesus walked on water.

 

Why would god create rapists, terrorists, murderers, thieves, the list goes on and on, is it because he/she gets some sick humor out of it? If so, I don't think that's the man I want to be praying and worshiping.

Rapists and murderers are the absence of him. Just like how if theres no light, theres dark. Dark is the absence of light. Just like how Evil is the absence of good. We were given free will so we can be evil if we so chose. It's as simply as when we are evil we aren't good.
